Food is very good, however if you are in a hurry, not the place to go. Service is extremely slow and if you go at a busy time, the staff can be a bit short and annoyed. They certainly could work on customer service and greeting the customers when you enter. It is us who keep you in business and we should be appreciated instead of feeling like a bother, but the food is very good..no complaints in that department.

I have never had a bad meal at this restaurant. Its been a favorite of mine for years. Farm to Table food, great coffee drinks, and local art on the walls. Try the espresso with a shot of dark chocolate or an Italian cream soda (Italian soda with a shot of cream and a flavor of your choice). Their homemade ranch dressing is amazing.

Cheryl and her staff work tirelessly to bring fresh, local food to Perry County. The quality of the food is always top notch and sourced locally. The atmosphere is welcoming and artful, thanks to the Perry County Council of the Arts. There is no place like it anywhere around. I highly recommend Expresso Cafe.

We like the idea of the place in the small town of Newport. Thought the prices were high, but understand its organic. They were out of iced coffee and a couple of the flavor syrups that we wanted. Its a cool place, but fails to live up to expectations.

Absolutely love this place.. I noticed someone commented it was expensive but if you look at the menu its all organic, which obviously is more money but worth it.. My girls loved it and the Café Mocha is delicious!! Coming back soon!!
