Its been a while since we have been to the Fat Finch, we will never go back. The service was slow and the server didnt check on us very often. I ordered a cheeseburger, which came out severely overcooked to the point that all the cheese was gone off of it, I had a few bites, but could not continue to eat it. My wife ordered a seafood dish (I think crabcakes) which were offered cooked 2 ways and they brought them out cooked the wrong way. We would have sent our meals back, but the server never came back after delivering our meals to us. I liked this restaurant before they moved to Tappahannock from Warsaw. The fries were good, that is the only positive I can relay. Not recommend.

Outstanding! What a "gem"!!! Shrimp and grits, collards, toss salad, and pumpkin bread pudding. I found the most incredible corn bread tucked in with my dinner, too. Id drive from Richmond everynite to dine here! Wait staff was kind, accommodating, and Ill look forward to trying many of their dishes!

Shrimp and grits were excellent. The cornbread was the best I have eaten. We went on prime rib night and that was a great bargain as the portions were large and it was cooked just right. Service was friendly and house wine was good. Great bar and atmosphere. Recommend highly.
