Havent had many problems with quality but the service left a bad taste in my mouth... entered thebuilding with my hungry family (we were the only customers there) the "sandwich artist" ignored us as he made sandwiches for some else who called in an order... after some awkward waiting in front of him while he made orders we asked if the store was open to the public he said that he was finishing phone orders because they called in before we got there... we left, disgusted and told the people walking in to not bother unless they call their order in.

2nd time there and both times it was very bad service. The short girl was very rude towards my family both times and in a hurry like my family was bothering her. I didnt feel like they wanted my patronage so I will go elsewhere. Unless they get better help. Also didnt have available the choices they offer on menu. Very disappointed.

Always have good service here. I go out of my way to go to this location because the staff is friendly and they are generous with toppings. I always take out so I cant comment on the trays, but Ive never had a problem with the employees in the dozens of times Ive gone.
