Consistently mess up my order. When I contacted them they said they would mail me a coupon. Gave them my info, but it never came. Have been there frequently because it is convenient, but about 50% of the time my order is wrong. If you have another option, use it.

Came in and there were literally only 4 bagels. Its the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen. Usually they are good but each time I come in they have less and less bagels but this really takes the cake.

Occasionally gets backed up (crowded). No order kiosks like at some other Panera locations. So, if you can, shift a little off the peak times and you will enjoy a smooth, tasty experience.

I ordered soup with bread on a side. Bread wasnt fresh, was hard to eat. I ordered a cup of soup and didnt notice that I was charged for bowl of soup.
