My fiance and I decided to try this place after reading all the glowing reviews. We were both extremely unsatisfied with Dragonfly Cafe. We were seated right as soon as we walked in the door, but thats about all I can say good about the place. After ordering our drinks we waited about 5 minutes for them. After about another 3 minutes they took our order. Then the waiting game started...it took over 40 minutes to get our food, which wasnt anything that should have taken more than 15 or so. I wanted to get up and leave multiple times during the wait, but we decided to stay thinking maybe the food would be the saving grace. Sadly it was not. Both dishes were pretty tasteless and not worth the time or money. I wish we would have gone somewhere else. This place could be better potentially if they had a better wait staff or more people as everyone around us also had the same lomg waits for simple things. This will not be a place we return to and sadly will not recommend either.

TERRIBLE! service & food both! Food was less than average, 3/4 of our orders came out wrong and everything was bland but still managed to make me sick. We heard our server [Olivia] more than we saw her. We couldnt help but overhear her conversation with other customers about how this job was boring & her second job at this winery is so much better and that she averages a 10 minute mile. When we turned around to look for her service, we saw her laughing/smiling with another customer only to turn from them and roll her eyes. Worst of all, she belittled her food runner to us, who happened to be very nice & more helpful than the server. It is only logical to think that any good reviews posted about this place are from friends/family of the owners/workers trying to up the cafés rating. SAVE YOURSELF FROM A MORE THAN DISSAPPOINTING MEAL & EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Ive came here a handful of times food is always Great and thats about it! Ive came here when it was empty and still had the same experience. My most recent experience. What to expect! 1.Youll get seated in about 3min or more. 2. Then wait for 20min for a drink order. 3. Then get serverd cold coffee meanwhile your guests still havent received a glass of water. 4. We decided not to eat here...Only because of how the service is. This place would be fantastic if who ever the owner/better management is would have more staff, possibly one, or two people behind the counter at all times and two servers....

I really like the food here. Ive had several sandwiches, salads and a crepe.. everything was delicious. My kids, who are chicken nugget aficionados, state theyre the best theyve ever had. The service is good, too. We would eat here more often if the portion sizes were more in line with the prices. My husband, who eats like a teenager, finds its just not enough food for him. Given the average price per plate, we wish the portions were a bit larger. Otherwise, 4 stars for the tasty food and friendly service.

This little cafe is a great addition to the area! They have healthy, and delicious, options for everyone. There is a fantastic vegan burger made with quinoa and sweet potatoes, and delicious made to order smoothies. They have a wide variety of crepes for breakfast and lunch, and burgers and pulled pork for the carnivores. Their dessert selection includes mouthwatering individual cheesecakes as well!

The waiter (who is always good, great, and wonderful) went out of his way for me. I had planned my time poorly and needed my order quickly so I could pick up my kids from school. He brought my food to the table with a box, very quickly, and brought a to go cup for my drink without being asked. Not only was the food amazing, the service was too. So, thanks; youre good, great, wonderful, and awesome.

I believe the 1 star ratings are from jealous competition :-(. I had the New Yorker, smoked salmon, cream cheese, capers, veggies on a roll. It was yummy! My wife had what she said was the best burger ever, lean, thick with smoked gouda cheese and fries that were cooked in fresh clean oil. This would be a great place for pilots that fly into LNS to eat at. As Arny says, "Ill be back". :-).

Excellent food! Courteous staff! My wife is gluten intolerant and we found this place coming in from out of town. Highly recommend if you have any food allergies! The setup is like a cafe/high end coffee shop with tables. I had the build your own omelet that was fantastic. Wife had an omelet (GF) and a desert crepe (GF) which were both delicious.

Very nice little gem of Lancaster county Slightly disappointed vegan burgers are not gluten free . As a vegan who is allergic to gluten i still had few choices of food that I have to admit was delish . My hubby who is vegetarian and not sensitive to gluten had lots to choose from . Definitely a keeper! Will be back next time we are in Lancaster

This place was great! We went for a late breakfast. I cannot eat gluten and they take that seriously. I did not get sick after eating here. Great waitress, a little spacey but sweet. I had gluten free french toast! Thats a BIG deal. Amazing! To be completely honest we went here back in early November. Cant wait to come back!

Great food and coffee. They have unique specials on a regular basis and the food is always great and well prepared. The star of the place has got to be the smoothies. They always have a fantastic flavor and taste like real fruit instead of syrup.

Great atmosphere (live music while I was there), food was very good (fresh, and decent portion size), I had the quesadilla, which was filling and crispy. Their salads are nicely portioned and probably the freshest Ive ever seen at a restaurant.

Nice atmosphere with good quality of food. Restaurant is local sustainable with some organic options. There is a childrens menu with organic options. It is a nut free facility. Sunflower butter is served in lieu of nut butters.

This cozy little cafe has the best smoothies! The food is wonderful and I like the fact they are peanut free facility and use organic ingredients. Very friendly staff. Great place to meet with friends for an afternoon to chat.

Very friendly staff and very fresh food typify this great spot for lunch. The place has a family-run feel that is reflected in their food -- wholesome and not overly processed. This is a go-to spot when I am in Lititz.

Ive never been disappointed here. The breakfasts are always delicious. The coffees and cappuccinos hot and good. And the atmosphere friendly and relaxed. Highly recommended for breakfast/brunch.

Wish the portions were meatier, I had the quesadilla it was almost all onion! Little cheese and a few olives and the tiniest sliver of pepper. I would not order that again.
