Looks like a breath of fresh are may blow through this coffee shop. I used to frequent this place but In recent years selection and quality had become a bit mundane. Upon my recent visit I had a pleasant meeting with the new owners and also had the opportunity to see and hear some new ventures in the works here. First off the self serve brewed coffee is great. I enjoy doctoring my own coffee. Their espresso bar is impressive but I feel the staff, though adequate, could be more up to date on cutting edge espresso technique and etiquette. As for the atmosphere, there are always local newspapers and Wi-Fi. Friendly looks and decent service. Keep an eye on this place if you like coffee bars. Rumor has it some renovations to the layout and addition of a functional stage are In the works. This brings a new venue to Saint Michaels also. Exciting news for me.

Not at all what I was expecting since St. Michaels is where the best coffee shop on the Eastern Shore has its roots. Blue Crab felt like a high school fundraiser that happened to be in a coffee shop. The ambiance felt right, but the coffee preparation was not. Im pretty sure my iced coffee was just hot coffee poured over ice. There are far better places to go for the serious coffee drinker.

Blue crab coffee co. has the Best coffee I have ever had-believe me that says alot.This place is also located in the coolest historic building. It is off the beaten path located behind the ACME,definitely worth the visit if you are serious about great coffee.

Coffee shops are my thing. Trust me, this one is worth visiting. Hip atmosphere. Great coffee. Fast service. Clean. Pleasant staff. If you need anything more than this from a coffee shop youre not there for the right reasons.

Ordered iced americano. Zero espresso shots made. Pretty sure barista gave me a cold brew iced coffee instead because it was easier. Dont waste your time. Coffee tastes burnt and charcoal-ey.

Recently changed ownership. Newly renovated. Looks great! Food and coffee is good but service a little slow. Probably will pick up after theyve been in business little longer.

Its cool new place. The new owners have created great vibe with real high end coffee and menu. The brunch was great. Biscuits with gravy and eggs super!
