This Ice cream shop was just remodeled and under new ownership. I must say the owner is one of the nicest guys I have had the experience of meeting in Lancaster. The service and ice cream is awesome. My kids wake up every morning and ask can we go see Dave at the ice cream shop today. Try their sandwiches you wont be disappointed. Joe

This place is adorable and theres a lot to love about neighborhood ice cream shops. They serve hersheys ice cream, which isnt my absolutely favorite, but they have creative ways of serving it and tons of toppings. Its really "cozy" on the inside, but they have a patio out back to increase the space to hang out.

I love this place. I believe they have Hersheys ice cream. Its very small, but what it lacks in space it makes up for in charm. They have sandwiches and soup, too. The decor is cute. I hope Splits and Giggles is around for a long time.
