I was told about your restaurant by Cyndi...I came in and dined she was my waitress...I loved her enthusiasm and how informative she was about the menu the wines..she recommended all my items I ordered.... I came back again and cyndi waited on me again.... her services are outstanding. .. I came back a 3rd time to find that Cyndi was no longer working there..a blonde girl waited on me...she was the worst waitress I ever had..not a smile nor could answer any questions and my order was not exactly what I wanted..I will not be back...the food was good... but to me setvice..pp that make you feel like your family, so to speak...means a lot in this field. I hope that you find servers that care about their guests/costumers like Cyndi did... one of the best servers people that I have met in this business..I dine out often, so I hope this review gets to the owner... you had a great waitress when Cyndi was there...she made me want to come back...good luck!!!

Absolutely the best pizza I have ever had! I just had a slice of their stuffed pizza and the Suprima360. Both were amazing! The stuffed pizza had a delicious variety of meats and cheese, in between layers of crispy crust, dusted with parmesan cheese. The Suprima360 had a perfectly crisp, toasted bottom, with a thick fluffy layer of bread. No greasy bottom, like most other places. The toppings were plentiful and perfectly sized and distributed, for an awesome blend of flavors with every bite. I cant wait to try some more of what they have to offer, but those two slices have me stuffed.

$13.78 for a cheese pan pizza! U GOT TO BE KIDDING ME $4 extra for this, than regular crust. Took two bites couldnt eat any more. Smelled too bad. Not real cheese, oil-based. Awful. 1st and the last time here. Ive had better at Pizza Hut; Dominos; Little Caesars. UGH! Now Im sick. The kids couldnt; wouldnt eat it. Even the 3 year old turned their nose up. I didnt even have to ask them to stop eating it before they got sick; He/she did on their own.

Order 2 subs to go. Turkey w/ lettuce onions tomato pickles sweet peppers and banana pepper. Got no pickles no peppers a cheap on meat. Worst place in Lititz. Staff was lazy. I was the only person in there and had to wait like 10minutes for the pizza guy to turn around and acknowledge me. He knew I was there but didnt seem like he wanted to serve me. Never go there again.

Pizza is great, serve more than just the usual. Nice to be able to get a 6 pack to go with your order. Their 10 dollar minimum to use a credit card is bad and in violation of VISA/MC merchant agreement policy. When confronted about the policy the owner said "Ill do what I want, they cant, and you cant, tell me what to do in my shop". Youve been warned, bring cash for lunch.

To start, this is the only business that Ive ever given only 1 star. Worst customer service Ive ever experienced, both owners are extremely rude. The restaurant is always empty, and they still treat you like an inconvenience. Food prep area is dirty, their food is over priced and generic. Complete disappointment. Go to Ninos instead, when in Lititz, PA

I tried this restaurant recently and went at prime dinner time on a Friday night. The place was dead and service was still slow. Prices seem a little high and the food was not good. I really had high hopes but the sauce tasted like Chef Boyardees ravioli sauce, actually Chef Boyardee is better, and the Im not sure what the meat was in the lasagna.
