I ordered 3 items to-go, in which 2 of the items had issues. They completely forgot to include one item, in which I had to run back to the restaurant to get; the other item in question was something that I did not even order. We did not touch the incorrect item and attempted to return it to the restaurant in the morning. The manager did not seem interested in correcting the situation and basically blamed me for not coming back a THIRD time last night to swap out the item. All-in-all I received a "credit" for the exact amount, down to the cent, of what the incorrect item costs. I basically had to prove myself to the restaurant manager and demand that I receive some kind of money back I was overlooked twice as I was waited to be helped at the host station, while other parties that arrived to the same location that I was standing were helped immediately - This happened during both breakfast and lunch, not during the preciously described incident. Two stars is a far fall from last years review of 5 stars in which customer satisfaction was first priority and never questioned or rebutted. I chose two stars because the food was at least good but the gesture to make things right could have been more generous considering the amount of money we have spent at the restaurant within the last 18 hours.

Admittedly, my cheddar cheese soup was passable. And my fish and chips were...well...fish and chips. But my husbands meatloaf was downright inedible. It was really just ground meat with little seasoning and covered with a crust of what tasted like sugar. He was not able to finish his meal and Im sure we will have to go somewhere else after this. Oh yes. Forgot to mention that this place is not a budget friendly place either. I would give more detail, but Im on my iPhone.

I cant rate the food or the service because we got the bums rush out of the restaurant. We arrived at 10:40, the restaurant closes at 11. They wouldnt seat us in the dining room because they said they were cleaning the carpets, and the bartender said we could only order from the limited bar menu. Not very accommodating and certainly not up to the Hilton standard. I WILL be contacting corporate.
