Last evening I went with 7 friends to CJ Hummels for dinner and the possibility of learning to line dance. Shortly after our dinner plates were removed from the table a friend noticed that the stone from my ring was missing...a ring that my husband designed and had made for me so not only did it have economic value but also sentimental value. In short order everyone was looking for the stone. The amazing thing to me was how quickly two of the waitresses asked me what I/we had had for dinner, the size and color of the stone, etc. They then proceeded to put gloves on and started searching thru the bagged garbage in the kitchen...something I would have never expected them to to. To my bigger amazement...they found it buried in my chicken caesar salad remains. I cannot thank them enough for this kind act. Before that evening we hadnt realized the line dancing was an under 21 crowd, but even a few of the young people chipped in and helped with the search on the corner of the dance floor where I had stood and watched. All in all we had a fun evening with good food, good drinks, and a renewed feeling that there are still nice people in this world who are willing to help others by going above and beyond. Thanks to the great staff at Hummels!

My dad got the chicken cheese steak and there was barely any chicken in it. There were more peppers in it. I ordered cheese stuffed fettuccine and they didnt have it... she was like I didnt get that in the order this week... so you have it in the menu but dont have it? Weird. So I ordered regular fettuccine alfredo with shrimp. Wow. Tasteless and the shrimp were small and dry and way overdone... possibly frozen for months without use. It was terrible and I will never eat there again. However, I would go there for drinks. The amaretto sour was the best part of my meal.

We stopped here after a day trip to Crystal Cave (15min away). Very friendly staff, great food and great prices. A lot of good choices on the menu. I had the Breakfast Burger with loaded fries and both were awesome!

This is a very interesting place. Gets crazy busy on dancing nights. Cool history, ok beer selection, ok food, and fun people watching.
