I went there earlier today and I order the sliders with French fries. Everything was great until that point. I had the appetizers Buffalo boneless wings which was outstanding. But when I received my meal there was a piece of hair in the French fries brown hair. Im a black African American male with black hair. The owner or manager in charge came in and says to me " I didnt see the hair, what would I like to do?" I clamly just ask him to replace the order which taken to the back as soon as I mention it to the waiter. Why would I lie about a hair in my food. Lucky I took a picture, but my wife was with me I left it alone and just ate my replacement food and left Im not going back.

Service is excellent, friendly and attentive. The food is typically good, and some selections are very well prepared and quite tasty -- occasionally escaping the assembly line, restaurant-chain feel. We have been impressed with how well they have managed busy nights and have returned many times. I must also compliment them on their community support with fund-raising nights, which provide a precentage of profits to area non-profits. Be forewarned though -- these nights can make your wait even longer!

Generally, the menu is lacking in options. For someone who doesnt love pizza, the choices are primarily pasta and salad. Pasta drenched in cheese or salad drenched in dressing just doesnt do it for me. However it is a nice ambiance, and some of the dishes are OK.

Great food and services is usually quick it can get very busy in here with Paint Nite and spots kicking up but thats not a reason to dock them a star. Side Note: They always have a 4$ build your own burger thats not listed on the menu Enjoy!!

Its unos, the deep dish pizza is why youre coming here. Please go here for the deep dish. Its very good if youve never had it before. If you have for real, then you can use this to satisfy your urges, it cant replace the "real thing though

Pizza undercooked (corrected). Service was very very slow. Waitress bought out main entrees before the soup. Which may explain the pizza--crust was soggy. Was there a year ago, and nothing really changed. Food was ok

Waiter disappeared after bringing our mediocre and room temperature food and never returned. Had to have the bartender refill our soft drinks and hunt someone down to pay our check. We wont be returning.

Just ordered a to go salad and there was a long black hair in it. It was half under the salad and half sticking out. This was the first time ordering here and it was to go. I will never eat here again.

Seemed understaffed, no plates for appetizers, erroneously charged for an alcoholic beverage, flat bread was very dry. Overall I will probably not go back due to poor quality for the price.

Nice place to eat. The Rattlesnake Chicken Pasta is very good. The kids really seem to like going here too. Its middle of the road on price and theres never a ridiculous wait.
