Called the restaurant Sunday at 5:15 to make a reservation for 6:45 that night. The woman I spoke to took down my name and phone number, and I assumed shed entered it into the computer. Arrived with my family at 6:40 and was told that we werent on the reservation list... I explained that Id just called one hour ago (it was actually 1.5 hours), and the hostess told me that they dont take reservations an hour in advance, though previous Yelp reviews suggest otherwise. The restaurant was packed, and the hostess said shed seat us as soon as possible, but wed have to wait for three families ahead of us, which would take about 30 minutes. Waiting that long when wed already made a reservation seemed ridiculous, so we left. Weve been to other Bonefish Grill locations before, and the food is good, but its still just a standard franchise and certainly not worth such hassles resulting from bad customer service and poorly trained staff. If you decide to eat here, make a reservation (though the large crowds are sure to die down soon), but be sure to get the hosts name on the phone!

My wife and I were very disappointed in the quality of the meal and the service. Initially, we were seated at a booth in the bar close to the door, where there is too much customer traffic, and the music was too loud. I immediately asked the hostess to seat us in the dining room, which she did. The service was rushed. We had barely started our salad, when our entree arrived. We had to place the entree off to the side until we finished our salads. The pecan encrusted trout was mostly the pecan crust, and almost no trout. The broccoli was overcooked, and the creme brulee was soupy. In the past we always enjoyed excellent food and the service, however this is the second poor dining experience we have had at this location that did not meet our expectations. I am hoping the restaurants management will use this feedback to make some changes to improve their service.

I have enjoyed going to this restaurant in the past but my visit on 12/30/14 was not up to the previous standard. Not in any particular order: the Guiness came in a can, the portions were small from the calamari appetizer to the tuna steak entrée, I did not think that the tuna was all that tasty, we never got our side order of spaghetti squash albeit when we mentioned that the appetizer cost was removed, and we had to ask for bread. To his credit the waiter saw that the squash was no where near ready when the entrées were ready so he brought them out but then forgot about them. Frankly, I think that was the way to go rather than have the fish sit under the heat lamp waiting for squash. In summary, nothing really bad enough to say dont go but just not as good as other times when I would have recommended it without any reservations.

Last night was only the 2nd time I have been to The Bonefish Grill.. It will not be the last.. Three of us had dinner reservations at 6:30.. We were led right in on time. Our server Allegra ( sp) was fantastic! The food was delicious and my house wine @$3.50 a glass was wonderful! I typically do not drink or order Chardonnay. Knowing I was ordering the Mahi Mahi seafood special white was the way to go. It was Allegra that informed us of the 2 white and two red wines on special during that hour. This chardonnay was delicious! L.. All 3 meals including our appetizer of 1/2 priced bang bang shrimp were hot fresh and delicious.. The main reason on writing this review is because Im obsessing about going back again tonight! Yup the experience was that great!

Cant start to describe the disappointment. When my birthday came around and kids asked me where I wanted to go, they made the 1 hour 15 min drive to bring me to Bonefish. The Lobster bisque was a room temperature bowl of horrid orange salty soup with no signs of lobster. The mashed potatoes & french fries were served at room temperature. Steak fillets not cooked as ordered. Thankfully the bang bang shrimp were as I remember or we would have walked out of the restaurant hungry. Everyone walked away from the table with plates close to full of food. Comments were made "Gee Mom, dont understand why you always found one of these when you traveled, Long drive to still be hungry, or I wouldnt eat here again!"

Love Love Love! Great Service, great food, great atmosphere and I disagree with the comments that it is pricey. The portions are perfect size, you never leave there feeling way overstuffed. If you want a ton of choices on the menu, this is not the place for you. It is a small menu but EVERYTHING that they do it great. I would much rather have a small menu of perfectly executed dishes than a huge menu poorly executed. This is the place we take out of town guests and everyone is always happy! Great Job

We ate here tonight, and our server, I believe her name was Joy (cute blondie!), was an absolute delight. Aside from our food being beyond spectacular, our server made our night by engaging in conversation with us without being overbearing and dealt with what seemed to be a turd sitting at the table kiddie corner from us with grace. She was so funny, and it was just a pleasure to sit at her table. I know when we come back well be asking if shes working. Give this woman a raise!

Surprisingly delicious steak for a primarily seafood restaurant. My husband loves the bang bang shrimp tacos. The red sangria is to die for. The only reason I give a 4 instead of a 5 is it could use a little cleaning. There are always spiderwebs in the windows. Ask for a table, not a booth. Other than that, quite a romantic little spot and if you come at the right time, you can definitely avoid the crowd.

The food is good. Fresh tasting. The waiting staff is professional and attending. This place seems to always have a wait though. We had to wait nearly two hours to be seated. That was the down fall. However, the wait for the food was average. The menu is mostly seafood, so you have to have a taste for it, there is a small selection of non-seafood though. I have been here twice thus far, will go again.

Great Food! Great service! Excellent experience. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of food and quality of service. Management was very attentive and genuinely concerned that his staff was providing the best possible service. This was a wonderful dining experience for my family and we will definitely go back soon. We highly recommend this restaurant!! Kevin K.

Service was quick, but we were initially seated in the VERY loud bar area, right at the door. We asked to move and we seated at the kitchen door. Service was quick (we felt rushed, even though we had called with reservations) and we had a check at our table before we even finished our entrees! Second and last time there.

Disappointed is an understatement. The scallop appitizer was undercooked /raw & my lobster tail was grey! I didnt order sushi folks ! Expensive* I dont want to get ill thanx & they didnt even compensate for screwing up our whole meal. T.Y. ill PASS too many good places in the area to risk my health trying this place again.
