We had lunch at the West Main Diner today. My friend and I shared a Patty Melt. She asked for a slice of onion on the side. When the check came there was a 60 cent charge for the onion. We questioned the server and she said she would go talk to someone. A few minutes later a man walked up with a menu and told us that there is a 60 cent charge for a side of onions. We said she only got a little slice. He went into a screaming tirade, told us its people like us that make his job so miserable. He walked away and yelled to his staff, he hopes we never come back. We paid our bill, left a $2 tip on the table and walked out. He followed us out the door screaming we are never to come back and threw the "$2" tip on the ground at us. What a wonderful way to treat your customers! Needless to say, we wont be back. Having a bad day??

Ate at this restaurant several times; usually the food/service is ok. On our last visit my wife and I both ordered the scallops for main dishes. The waitress took our order but returned after about 10 minutes indidating that scallops were not available that evening. I then ordered the crab cakes and my wife the stuffed flounder. The flounder had a fishy smell (not too fresh) and the crab cakes were mediocre at best. As we were leaving the restaurant, I mentioned to Dolores (one of the owners) that we were disappointed in not having the scallops. She did not offer an appology or make us feel like we were valued customers and wanted our return.

Go here every weekend, waitress Debbie is 10 stars. Always pleasant always ready to help. Owner always has a warm welcome on entrance as well as exit. Food is ALWAYS good. Portions well above average. The people who complain are most likely the same people who ALWAYS complain no matter where they go. The place is packed on the weekends and you always see faces you have seen before which means obviously people return.

Went there one night for dinner with my wife food was terrible my wife had chicken pot pie came out with looked like chicken stew with biscuit on top.I had baked meat loaf looked like a pice of dog food. We got home just in time for my wife to throw up what she could eat . 1st time there will never go back it sucked.

Dis place has gud food. Scrapper be soft, but good doe... plates were heavy (felt like 5 lbs lololololol). Server was nice and knew dat I wasnt dun eating. Music was nice (Neil Young). LIGHTS OPERATED BY TIMER IN THE BATHROOM... SAYYYY WUUUUTTTTTTTT. Overall very good, Id come back again!! Dis place is $$$$$$$!!!!!!

A resounding Meh. Service was good, food was average and the coffee was weak. My girlfriend, who drinks what I term Bunny-Pee thought it was weak. Omelet & pancakes were standard diner fare. There was a problem with my order, but it wasnt enough to get irritated about.

Came here for breakfast one morning. Prices are very good and the food was good. They only take cash, so dont bring a credit or debit card! The service was good. Theres an older man who will come around and fill your coffee. It has the feel of a classic, family run diner.

Great breakfast spot in the middle of Lansdale! Super busy & packed which is great! My biggest problem is that they do not accept card & dont state that at the door which is muffed up. That & crispier bacon!

Reasonable but not huge portions. Me mother-in-law loves the chicken salad sandwiches. My wife had yummy pancakes tonight, and I had a country omelet (sausage, tomato, pepper, and onion). All good.
