Here we go. So I never write reviews even when things are so bad that I say I will, but I let it go, but my experience last night was absolutely horrible. Before I start let me say that our waitress being kind giggly and polite was the only thing keeping us there. My wife and 2 of our friends went to this location and to my surprise the parking lot seemed pretty empty for a Friday night. We walked in and were seated right away. It took about 10 minutes before our waitress finally came over and asked us what we wanted. We thought nothing of it maybe they were short staffed for the 6 tables that were there. We order our drinks and 2 orders of endless apps, they come out 10 min later with 2 beers a cocktail and a coke, but instead of coke we were given a sprite which was replaced about 5 min later. They bring out 2 orders of wings that were barely sauced, when we realize not only did our table not have silverware, it was never cleaned as there was sticky sauce spots we hadnt noticed before hand. Now its been an hour since weve been there and literally all we had was 6 wings on 1 order 6 wings on the other and our drinks never refilled, but we kept our cool. Waitress comes over we order 2 things for us 2 things for the other people with us, and they bring 1 and 1 about 15 min later. The endless apps seem less want able when its been an hour and 15 min and were only given 2 things, the wings barely had sauce and the mozzarella sticks had a fee that had barely any cheese, one was actually hollow and our potatoes skins had barely anything in them. I even went so far as to tell the waitress we were good tippers (in case we were being messed with because we only ordered endless apps and maybe she thought we were cheap) but the poor service continued. We ended up still tipping very generously (52% to be exact) but that was only because I made that comment, but I did leave a not saying "i promised Id tip good, but the service was really poor, have a good night. We ask for the checks and both had a few mess ups charging us way more then what it should have been, which took about 15 min to fix. In the end it was a really bad experience luckily we had good friends that are very funny to get us through the night. I dont like to make a scene, call a manager, I dont ask for free stuff, I just ask for good service and good food. We went there we expected to habe about 6 beers and a few of each of the endless app items, we had 3 beers, my wife sat with an empty cup most of the night only having her drink refilled once, and 4 plates from the apps, in a 2 hour period. Definitely would not recommend this place.

Started off like any other restaurant experience, but our waitress seemed to disappear after taking our order. The hostess brought us our soup, then the waitress reappeared to bring us our entrees. She didnt bother to clear the empty soup bowls, and I asked her for a refill on my beverage. Again the hostess brings the refill, at which point she cleared our soup bowls. So far, a head scratcher but no big deal. About ten minutes go by, and my son seems to still be hungry and he is running out of food. The waitress comes over and we ask for a side of chicken tenders and wetnaps. We get the chicken a few minutes later, but no wetnaps. My son immediately pushes the chicken away, so we figure well get a box and take it homr. At this point, the hostess and waitress disappear for about 15 minutes. There is a man that has to wait over 5 minutes to be seated in an empty restaurant. As soon as the hostess seats him, we ask for a manager. He comes by about 5 minutes later, and we explain how we have been neglected for the past 20 minutes. He apologizes and continuously extends an offer for a free app or dessert, which we reluctantly accept. That free dessert (to go) arrives about 10 minutes later, but still NO CHECK! We ask for the check which takes another almost 10 minutes. The only reason I give two stars is because the kitchen made good food, and it was fast. If not for the completely incompetent waitress, we could have been out of there in 45 minutes, not an hour and a half. That is not an acceptable wait for a 3pm meal in an empty restaurant (there was literally only two other small tables). Its my poor son who had to suffer, as he was getting tired of sitting in a high chair and being held.

Our servers name was Dan, he is awesome. Extremely friendly and outgoing, so so funny too. He came right away and remembered us from another visit. He said welcome back and asked for our drinks. He then came back to see if we were ready n took our order in a timely fashion. He is the best server they have there i would go back again and again just to see Dan. So if u go there ask to b seated with him. We both ordered wings tradional and the flat iron steaks with garlic parmesana butter on top I ordered 2 sides to the rice with it always and it is so good the rice comes with peppers so if u dont like them I pick them out lol.... so alright and My husband gets broccoli and mashed potatoes that have some cheese in them. Everyone we have run into that works there are extremely warm and kind and love to talk with us and now they know us so well its nice. The bartender is also outstanding. I think her name is jess. If u sit at the bar or order take out def ask for jess she is awesome. Have a great time when u go and ask for Dan. He will make it the best experience for you that you will love coming back again and again to see him.

Went there with friends it was not crowded at all ... we were at right away ... waitress came and got our drink orders and brought our drinks right over and we then ordered our food ... we got our appetizers which were good ... but thats when everything feel apart the waitress never returned we had to get someone else to get the waitress to come over and had to order refills 3 times before they actually brought them over ... then they bring the food after an hour and the portion size was ridiculous ... the manager stated that is the new size he said he would add a lunch portion to show the difference ... I ate BOTH with no problem usually I need a box to take it home ... I would have put one star but the manager was great and did everything to try and fix it but the damage was done

I like Fridays as a whole but this is hands down the worst location in the area. Havent been back since having them completely ignore a large party (and one of the two only parties in the place). 45 minutes to get a second drink and then they gave us a hard time about separate checks after we finally decided to leave. Not sure why they were so shocked as people were coming and going from our group as the night went on. They said we should have told them up front. They never asked either. Went to Millers Ale house around the corner and had a much better time.
