My girlfriend & I figured wed try this Olive Garden, considering the one in Northeast Philadelphia has lousy customer service. The wait was Forty-five minute so we decided to sit at the bar and have a few drinks. Well these want to be bartenders are the most unfriendly people Ive come across in sometime. The bottle of beer is empty at the edge of the bar, they walk by it over and over like they dont see it. Completely oblivious !!! Next we were seated no water offered, no " can I get you a drink " ?? These places love to push their cheap wine, no thanks long story short service is lousy, food has slipped and is not like it was years ago. Portions are smaller but the price has gone up. Real chintzy on the sauce for the spaghetti it was dry and tasteless the meatballs were loaded with parsley and hard like they were made in a microwave oven. Trying to get our bowl of salad was nearly impossible. I only asked for it three times. Saled was bland and again chintzy on the dressing. One big problem is the service the teen waitress just dont know what good service is, its almost like they dont care. Honestly I stopped at McDonalds on the way home and had better service then i did here !!! If this is what they call Italian food theyre way off. Eat in a real Italian restaurant and youll taste the difference.

Ordered the tour of italy. Its my favorite. But the alfrado is always dry not enough sauce it to make it good. Plus there taramsu is bland no coffee liquor in it or it would be awsome. There was three of us for my birthday on the 22nd. My 89 year old mom payed the bill as she treated for dinner. She made a mistake on the tip. The bill was 74.00 she messed up and only left $6.00. We were on our way out when the waitress came out to the front of the restaurant and ask us if everything was alright. We said yes and she said we only left her a 6 dallar tip. My mom said she was sorry and gave her some more money. But it was a bit putting off that she ran after us like that just to get more money. It was a mistake but she was left something. It was embarrassing I never had that happen to me before.

I usually dont like waiting for my food for over 15 minutes with kids that cant sit still so we do a lot of the to-go here. Once an employee told me the gift card I had wasnt working and never went through (even though online said it was good) so I had to pay another way. I gave cash and came to find out when I called the number on the card it DID go through and they took the cash. Dont ever pay for your to-go online. I never will ever again. Pay in the restaurant only. Ive had a few other minor issues since we started going about 17 years ago, but minor. Sometimes the Fettuccine Alfredo is very runny. Oh, and always check your to-go bag before you leave. I get wrong food or missing food a lot.

On Mothers Day my hubby took me to this restuarant our second time at the Langhorne, PA location. I would say this is the BEST service I have ever received. A waiter by the name of Carlos waited on us! He was excellent!! I give him his props for getting everything right and everything out on time. He is the reason we went back the second time. Their food was great and Mike the manager came out and asked us if we needed anything which I think is really cool. Makes me feel like going again and again. I sure hope every time we go there its just like the first time!! :-) Kudos to CARLOS -- THE BEST WAITER IN THE WORLD!!!! ;-)

The food here is AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS! The staff is very friendly &, when asked, give you the best advice about what are good choices to pick from the menu for that day. My tastebuds were very, very happy!! The only thing I didnt appreciate is that they refused to lower the volume of the music when I asked. I have hearing disabilities, both ears, and even with the volume on my hearings all the way up, I still couldnt hear my friends, as a result I couldnt join in the conversation. I felt very isolated. This one factor will stop me from returning there. This was the first restaurant to ever deny my request.

We went in ordered dinner, the food came in exactly what we ordered but after a couple of minutes we noticed droplets of water in our food. The restaurant roof was leaking and water was directly falling into our food. After a few minutes they moved us to another table and got us fresh order of our food but after a few minutes the same thing again. There was water dripping into our food from the restaurant roof. I used to love go to olive garden, I have taken a number of my business and personal friends out there but not doing that again. Hope you have a better experience tomorrow.

Most ignorant and incompetent catering staff I have ever dealt with. The manager Sarah. Is under the delusion that the customer works for her while her catering staff cant take a credit card number done correctly. The driver cant find an address and is rude and a liar. When calling to lodge a complaint, the manager couldnt manage customer service 101 to find a way to rectify the situation. Too bad for her. Will never use them again ever.

Our server last night seemed perfect at first. Friendly and attentive, that went downhill fast when our pick two appetizer came with a wrong choice. After pointing it out, our server left it there so my husband Could eat his potion and I sat and waited. I received my main dish before I finally received the proper app. I felt that the food was not up to usual standards. We did try the angry Alfredo sauce and I thought it was delicious.

Food was good.....took our salad away half way through the meal. But biggest complaint is these HS kids (who work there...maybe bussers) standing in isle just talking. Not moving out of the customers way to exit restaurant.. and then theres the hosts/hostess who couldnt care less that we were leaving. At least thank us for coming........maybe its the breed of kids there growing in Langhorne.

Really bad stuff here. Prepackaged food microwaved for your enjoyment. Served cold and plasticy on not so clean dishes. Reminds me of airplane food. Frozen mashed potatoes floating in cold gravy. Sent the food back, worse the second time. Was told they used flash frozen food packets that they microwave but didnt think it could be this bad. Breadsticks were good fresh lemons in the water

So we are from Bronx, NY and we were in town for two days and deside to go to this olive garde.. too much waiting the waitress took at least 25 minutes just to take out drinks order... and another 25 for the food.. when she came with the food I just told her to also bring the check so we can get out of there.... the restaurant was not crowded not sure why the waiting

WE WENT THERE TWICE, AS I KNEW THIS OLIVE GARDEN USED TO BE TURNS OUT COMPLETELY DIFFRENT. PLACE WAS SMELLY LIKE OIL, OUR WINE GLASS AND FORK HAD FOOD ON IT. WHEN WE ASKED OUR WAITRESS TO CHANGE IT, SHE LOOKED AT US LIKE SHE DOESNT THINK ITS WRONG TO EAT WITH THAT FORK. FOOD IS GREAT. I HAVE ALSO TRIED TAKE OUT ORDER AND PORTION IS LIKE HALF OF NORMAL.
