I do not usually do this but I call on Christmas Eve day, the lady on the phone is conversing with everyone in the background but me, was trying to rush to get me off the phone, I ask her to repeat the order because I knew she did not have it correct, and then had an attitude, then when I informed her that she didnt have it correct she became more upset. I have worked in the food industry, I know there are unruly customers but I was not, I was patient and told her numerous time what I wanted and she did not understand because she was not paying attention, if they were busy she could have put me on hold for a second(I had no problem waiting). Im to old and hungry to argue with someone over food. when I order food I just want my food correct and if you cant manage that Im ok! There are other places in town to get a burger, I will not be returning for the simple fact of their customer service! Take your chance if you want, their burgers are ok not good enough to deal with grief!

Ok, I am convinced that a review website that rhymes with “help!” is nonsense. I wrote a positive review and they censored it. But my next review was negative and they didn’t censor that. Hmmmmm. So I checked - the Biz I wrote something nice about has a competitor who is a paid advertiser on that review site so I’m convinced they do all they can to screw businesses who don’t spend money with them but I digress. FIVE GUYS - EWING. Excellent. As one who is sick of the mediocre, expensive, and arrogant restaurants of Newtown, PA, happy to have “real food” in driving distance. The only thing is they over-cook the fries. Five Guys fries should look yellow/whitish but if they overcook them, they look brownish and that diminishes the flavor and texture. I wish they’d pay better attention to that. BUT, the place was nice and air conditioned, clean, yummy burgers and plenty of condiments. Will go back often!

I like going to this store with my son for dinner sometimes on moms night off. I dont like to complain because Im in the food business also but recently there as been a cashier working there that screeches loudly in your face and just in general. I understand how things work there but I dont think the management wants his staff yelling extra loudly with a grating voice in everybodys face. I assume she thinks its entertaining but according to the other customers in the dining room she is just annoying. My son and I agree that we dont want to go there when shes there. This woman is not good for business and the management should know it.

This place is definitely a step up from fast food joints. Burger patties are fresh and cooked to order. All toppings are free. I usually get a bacon cheeseburger with lettuce and mayo. The standard burger has two meat patties and there is a junior burger available with one patty. Fries are HUGE. Two people can eat a small size fry (a brown paper bag filled with fries) and still have some leftover. Price is good for the amount of food that you get but still more than McDs or BK (and thatsok with me). I subtracted one star for inconsistency depending on who is cooking.

Staff was super friendly and kept the line moving at a brisk pace during lunch. Burger and fries tasted great as usual. If you havent been to a five guys before (not sure who would fall in this category!) but, if there is someone. You pick a category of burger like cheeseburger or mini burger n so forth. And then customize it with a wide array of toppings ranging from onions, grilled onions, jalapeños, hot sauce, mushrooms...the list is long and the toppings are free Love snacking on some peanuts while I wait :)

I visited this place at around 8.30 pm on a rainy Saturday night and unfortunately it was one of the WORST burgers I have had fairly in the last 5 years. The bun was as old and cold as a leftover from 2 days ago, the burger (meat) was heated and tasteless. And when I say tasteless, I completely mean it. Not even a hint of salt or spice whatsoever. I will never eat here again and probably not at any other branch. Sad!

Fantastic place, great food and always fresh with wonderful cashier who cares about customers. I hate when people comment off topic. Just because she has a louder or higher voice than usual doesnt mean its annoying. Staff is caring and orders are ready fast right in front of you. Milkshakes are dreamy :-)

They lost two stars because the food quality of this location can be improved. The fries werent as crisp as they should be. Also, the meats were little over cooked so they were too dry. However, around this area, I still think this is the best burger place we have here.

Food was so greasy and disgusting, not to mention salty, that it actually gave me a gallbladder attack. I was on the floor of my bathroom for half the night into the early hours of the morning. I would never in my life set foot into this place again

Great burgers and fries that are made fresh when you order. It takes a bit longer but its worth the wait. And did I mention their fries? Not only are they de-lish, they pretty much double the order so a small fry will feed two.

Pretty standard for five guys but the service here is lacking. They frequently get orders wrong and are rather stingy about how many fries they give you. Its not bad, but its not one of the better locations for 5 guys.

Awesome place, one of my familys top choices when were grabbing something to eat. What you get for your money (or what you save!) is incredible. This location is easily our favorite, well go out of our way to stop here!

I ventured here on suggestion from my friend. They make the burgers right in front of you, not the frozen ones. Best of all, they have free peanuts that you can have as much as you can. I carried some home to relish.

As the food goes, its comparable to most other Five Guys locations: very tasty. There just always seems to be one part of my order missing or incorrect. Service is always polite though.

GREAT BURGERS!! I hardly ever eat there because of all the calories you consume in a matter of a few minutes. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a GREAT BURGER & FRIES.....
