DUMB SALT POLICY, GREAT FOOD. Great lunch, the chicken was moist, sides delicious, excellent value. Its so annoying that they wont put salt-shakers on customers tables.....they want us to go to the soda counter and add salt, cause itll SUPPOSEDLY make us eat less salt. Boston Market: If you really care for our health, STOP selling meat loaf!!! STOP selling dark meat chicken!!! Sell only skinless chicken!!! Stop peddling deserts!!!! As a matter of fact, you give a discount for fatty dark meat...so health conscious right? Its a sop to the food-nannies. BUT, the good news is I used as much salt as usual. And the food was delicious. I will return.

The female supervisor or manager (liked a male/short hair) was so rude to me. I have been there many times and even the chief remembers me and my son. I like the chief, other people and the food, but not that discourtesy manager. Never be back to this store again. Thanks but no thanks.

Definitely one of the better Boston Market locations - the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, the place was clean, and the food was very fresh. One interesting note, theres actually a stairwell with additional seating upstairs overlooking the main dining room.

They food was clod, had flies flying around I understand people open door and fly will come in but it was more than one or two flies present The staff is usually friendly I guess I must have caught them on a bad day I will not eat there anymore...

Service was horrible! The girl serving was only concerned about what the other co-workers were doing. She was rude, very short with me. Forget my cornbread for 3 entrees... And Im convinced that foiod sat there all day til dinner time..

Creamed spinach had a lousy taste couldnt eat it. The appearance of the place looked dirty not taken care of. Needs remodeling. My husband & i commented to each other that the food left an after taste in our mouth. Lost our business.

First time Ive been to Boston Market in a long time and I really enjoyed my meal. The chicken was slightly dry but thats probably because it was from the end of the tray. Other than that, I will definitely be back!
