This is without question, the worst TGI Fridays Ive ever been in. (And Ive been to many!) The service was abysmal. The server was either poorly trained or simply not suited for this line of work. While I waited for 10-15 minutes to even be acknowledged upon arrival. In fact two other people who were waiting, finally just left, frustrated that they were not being seated. I was then seated, and the two that had left came back in as you could tell they really were hoping to eat here. I indeed got a drink fairly quickly, but I watched as the two guys that had been seated--another 10 minutes or more passed and they were never acknowledged by a server, and eventually got up AGAIN, and left. They left for good. I got the "Unending Apps"...its unending, because you order one at a time, and it was nearly impossible to order the second app as our server was no where to be found. This happened all evening. The only redemption was the extended conversation that I enjoyed with my friends. After searching for our server, a manager saw our looking around and helped us get our check. Worst Fridays experience ever. The food was eh and service was most unfortunate. This location...I would seriously consider any place else.

This is just another 1 star review of this terrible restaurant, and most people probably dont look here until after theyve had a terrible experience there, but maybe someone will look at these reviews and care about them. Like everyone else, our experience was bad, but mostly because of the front of the house staff. My wife asked the server for a clean fork since hers wasnt clean and she took it and left, never to return. Our waiter took our order politely enough, but then never returned once to see how the food was. I had to flag him down to ask for our check, he said sure thing, then disappeared again for 10 minutes, and I finally went to the front desk to pay. The girl there didnt seem to know what to do so I finally flagged down the manager and told him about our poor service. That poor guy, I saw him have to comp two tables near me, Im sure he has to comp people left and right for the lousy staff they have there. The food was actually ok, but it is so obvious that the staff just doesnt care. You see them standing around in groups BSing and laughing and having a great time while their customers make due.

Placed an order online January 5, 2017. Called the restaurant and checked if my food would be ready within the hour. Went to the the restuarant spoke to the waiter disappeared for 1 hour. I reached out to another waitress about my order I placed an hour before. And she disappeared for 30 minutes to return to let me know that my order was never recieved and that Id have to wait another 45 mminutes to an hour for my food. I called for a manager who told me she would refund it. Took my debit card and never refunded me my money. I spoke to the store manager of the restuarant who tells me that their accountant is working on it. I call the corporate office to ask for my refund. No one resolved the issue of my refund.I waited 2 months for my refund and they still havent sent it to me. I highly recommend not going ordering online at this location, this store is just full of disappointment and cold food. Youd spend hours of your life waiting on a glass of water. The managers themselves know only how to say "I cant." Worst customer service. Corporate office rendered useless.If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Let me say the complaints about this place is very accurate. Hostess not friendly and could care less for customers. We waited a few minutes to be seated, she kept rushing off, and most of the restaurant had empty tables. Once, she finally seated us, it was in the bar section that included a booth and high bar chairs. I had a party with 4 toddlers and 4 adults, we had to request another table. I dont know why we would be seated near the bar with many small kids and they could sit to the table without almost falling. We were moved. We had to ask where the next table was because no one directed us. When we stopped to be directed my waiter said you can have a seat, I had to ask where?. The table dirty, dead bugs in window. The distribution of drinks/food did not make sense. They brought 1 soda for teen and no one else received their drink for about 30 minutes. Then, she brings out dinner and leaves out one of the toddlers meals. We had an issue with the check. We had told them we had a birthday and nothing. We dont plan on ever returning.

Im here now. Waited over 10 mins to get my drink order. Another 10-15 mins to get my drinks... Its been 20 mins since the food was ordered and still no sight of the waiter. Im sure my food is going to suck I feel it... Oh look there goes my waiter and doesnt have my food yet... Tick tock tick tock... OK update. Food came in over an hour later. It was dried and cold, I asked for the manager he didnt seem to care. I told him my drinks were watered-down from sitting too long, food was cold, our burgers and sandwiches were dried, he said he would take care of it and would get us new drinks right away. That never happened. I actually had to get up and get my own drink so I could finish my horrible food because I wasnt going to wait a minute longer after I was done the waiter finally brought our drinks. Seriously? That guy didnt care or gave a fk! Horrible place never going back there again.

From seating to billing, I had an unpleasant experience. There was confusion as to whether or not a seat was available, my appetizer was inedible, no one could find my waitress to return it to the kitchen, my entrée was overcooked, and then, I was overcharged. When the General Manager walked through the dining room, he asked every table about its dining experience, quite intentionally skipping over mine. We called him over to let him know how disappointing our experience was, but rather than apologize and thank us for our business, he was quite confrontational and rudely remarked that he had already corrected our problem. I live just down the street, but will never be returning to this establishment. I have had worse dining experiences, but I have never been treated so disrespectfully.

After a day of shopping stopped in for late lunch. Hadnt been there in years. Relatively empty, seated quickly. Ordered French dip only to be told they did not have the meat for it. It was FRIDAY afternoon at TGI Fridays, just prior to the dinner rush! While waiting for lunch to come, began looking around, and the filth matched the smell. Ready to get up and run. Received our meals. The fries were reheated, the bun on the burger was stale and cold. Other meal was salad, was ok. Floor sticky, mirrors throughout the bar and front doors were filthy. Nothing updated since the place was opened. Manager circled around restaurant several times with no customer interaction. Only chatted to employees. Owner should be ashamed of condition and cleanliness. Deserves a minus rating! Never again!
