Yesterday we went there for my sons birthday dinner. Horrible service i wouldnt even give them one star. Whenever we placed the order we requested them to get kids food ASAP. Just to place our order we waited almost 30 minutes. To get our soups and bread it took long time. Kids had really tough time to wait that long to get start on the starters. We ordered one more bread basket. He didnt even get until we finished our main course. service was really really slow. This is the third time we went there. Every time we had same experience and we dont want to go again. They didnt even fill the water. Kids got drinks after they finished with the meal. We said to the waiter that the service is really slow. Then he said he said he will tell the manager. But the manager didnt even show up. They had only two waiters in the restaurant. Finally the cake cutting was also a bad experience there. Didnt even clean the table before we cut the cake. To get the check again we waited 20 minutes.Sooooo bad and soooooo slow service. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Just went there lastnight for a birthday dinner horrible service i wouldnt even give them one star. Our waitor "codie" was very sarcastic. Did not like his service , we were celebrating two birthday celebrations on the same day. Codie states " oh its not you guys birthday on the same day thats suspicious i need to see id. From both of you . once we showed him id immediately a frown vanished from his face we requested sugar he then says do you need it or not in a very rude tone we then asked for a different waitor and to speak to a manager waited a half hour no manager or waitor in sight. 20 min passed still no waitor and no refill on our drinks . i then took it upon myself to ask someone that seated us for the manager and right away the manager came To kind of solve the issue. The food was horrible and i will not be eating there again. They need to hire geniuene waitors that are nice and have great customer service skills.

I liked this place, but I could not love it. I could not enjoy my food because I waited too long for it and filled myself up with chips and salsa. Make sure you make a reservation otherwise, you are going to wait for a very very long time to get a table. When we got to our table, my husband and I got seated at an extremely cramps table that I could not even put my purse on. From what I ate, the food was pretty good. i am from Texas and I am particular about my Salsa, and it stood up to my standards. ;)

Food is usually good here, but the service was just horrible today, waited for 20 minutes after sitting down and no one came to take our order. People that came after us had their orders taken while we were not even asked for our drinks. The place was not packed. We got up and left and the waiters in our area were saying "good night and thank you for coming" as we got up..they had no idea we had not been served...actually funny how invisible we were.

Usually Im okay if I go to any other Olive Garden but his one in particular my experience wasnt good at all. I went there for my best friends birthday and they tried to tell us the bill came up short so I ended up losing all of my 40 dollars because these people cant do simple math and I didnt make a big deal because of course it was a special day definitely will not be going back to this location though

The idea was to enjoy dinner with my wife birthday and daughter . Is near closing an excuse for a very poor service ? Arrived at 9:15pm , soups and garlic bread took 20 minutes to get in, all already cold . Its been 35 minutes since the service person visit our table . Bad that i didnt had the chance to ask for another soup since mine was cold . Will never come back here again .

I went there last night with my family the food was cold and horrible I didnt like it at all and the food portion in this Olive Garden a lot smaller. I was wondering its a weekend and not too many people in this Olive Garden when I tried it I knew why because the food is horrible. They need to change the chief ASAP.

Missed managed. At the bar . Waited 20 minutes to order from a "to go specialist ". Bar tender would not order food to go from me. Waited 10 minutes for my first drink and 20 for my 2nd drink. Everyone seems dissatisfied with service. Wait for was way to long for everything fron doors slam shut too

Food was good, we had Pat and she provided very good service on 6/3/17. Knew they markup the wine, but way overboard. We ordered a bottle of red, priced at 27, but hey, Gotta have some fun. Researched the bottle and found retail price at 9.99. So, stick with the food, and drink your wine at home.

Atmosphere was a little strange especially with the tablets that are at everyones table. Bread sticks and the salad tasted as usual, pretty good. Food was cold when it arrived. Signature plates did not taste up-to-par with other Olive Gardens. However, for a chain, everything was generally okay.

I love the quiet, family-like atmosphere, but the service was average. My friend reserved a table for a group, and there was confusion. They told us there was no reservation for us listed. Apparently they put the reservation on the wrong date. But other than that, the food was okay.

Came in and sat maybe for about 10-20 minutes and the waiter came asked for drinks took about 10-20 minutes to bring the drinks... we were expecting a big salad with unlimited bread sticks, but they never brought it and the waiter didnt seem to care .. the service was very bad!!

I got the parmesan crusted tilapia and it tasted like a frozen TV dinner. My boyfriend got chicken parm and there was hardly any sauce on it and the cheese wasnt even melted. I enjoy the Olive Garden by my home, but this one was very disappointing. Id say skip it altogether.

Awful. Total mismanagement and obnoxious staff and management. We waited for 20 min at 10pm while they were closing an entire section. 3 customers walked away with us. They didnt seem to care. Manager walks out unapologetic and says, "so are you staying or leaving?"

Went for a late lunch while shopping with my wife. It was pleasantly quiet, the service was very friendly and quick. I havent been to olive garden in a long time. The food was really good. Everything we ordered was prepared perfectly, including the breadsticks.

Out family of 4 came ar 7 on Sunday for dinner. Even though it wasnt too busy the waiter wasnt very attentive to us. Waiting for salad , waiting for entries for ever. My plate of chicken scampi was dry out already . Felt like microwaved dinner day:( not happy

Service was average, food portion was great. I got the giant manicotti withe Sesfood, tasted great BUT the sauce had bits of mussel shells, some of the mussels shells were broken. It was quite alarming if they were swallowed
