Today, I Ordered online and came to pick up 15 mins after pick up time to avoid waiting. Came in to wait 10 mins after being ignored the whole time. Finally got acknowledged and my food wasnt ready. Had to wait another 10 mins for them to put it into a bag. I asked "why wasnt this already in a bag?" I got the answer of "we were busy, it only takes two seconds to put it together" wow. So then why didnt you do that before I came then if its so simple?! She never apologized either. If an apology was given, I wouldnt even be writing this review. Never going here again. I understand it may have been busy (which it didnt seem to be when I walked in) but it being busy is not my problem. At least offer an apology, goes a long way.

Its disgusting they cook the potatoes with the chicken fat they have its so gross Im a vegan and its ridiculous how theyre gonna cook the potatoes and god knows how many other vegetarian dishes with chicken fat they have. Gross thats s one star from me

Love Boston Market for offering healthier options. No fried, no gross fast food. Turkey. Chicken. Sodium counts are probably ghastly but its better than the alternative.
