Lancaster location. Menu advertised 2 sandwhiches and fries for 13.99. Delivery driver came out took the coupon and then told me that the owner changed the price because the sandwhiches we ordered were more expensive. This was not written on the coupon. I called the location, spoke with the owner and was told a delivery driver would come out to refund me since this is text book bait and switch. I did end up being refunded. Delivery person offered to refund tip as well but I declined. Dude did his job; not his fault. Food is typical frozen pizzeria stuff. Nothing special. Also worth noting that almost all of the 5 star reviews are from when it was under the old ownership Dont get ripped off. Keepem honest.

Im giving this place a one because this is not a friendly environment. I walked into the door to the smell of mildew and tacky furniture that didnt even math the rest of the decor but the cashier was extremely unfriendly and quiet. After attempting to pay with a gift card they told me it was declined because they only the Square. This was unsatisfying. Then came the food. The pizza was EXTREMELY HOT and it burned my mouth so I didnt get the full pizza experience. I will NEVER eat here again.

Friday night me and my boyfriend decided to order a pizza and try Riviera. Being an Italian women from South Philly, I take pizza pretty seriously! I have been trying different pizzerias in Lancaster County since I moved here two years ago and havent been too impressed until Friday!! The sauce was delicious. the crust was perfect and crisp, the toppings tasted fresh. Finally I found the best! I cant wait to tell my friends, family and coworkers about Riviera Pizzeria.

I am giving this place a 1 because I called for delivery and the guy says they will not deliver to strasburg because its 5 miles away and their limit is 2.5 to 3 miles....that is just stupid if I could give them a lower rating I would....that is not good business to let business go over a 2 mile difference. Horrible experience! Never will I eat here if it was the last pizza place on earth. Pizza city will continue to get my business instead! Thanks

Wife and I were staying in town on our way north and decided to just pick up a pizza to bring back to the room. We were not disappointed. Really cheap dinner, and an awesome pizza. We got a meat lovers to share and an order of fries. Tip from a traveller: if youre passing through and want a pizza, skip the chains and grab one from here. You can eat at a chain back home. Eat something youll miss when you get back home.

Just called in to place an order and was asked how to spell my address which is pretty simple 645 East Marion Street then asked me how to spell Street.. Then after I said are you serious he asked me for my address all over again. Needless to say if they cant get your address correct or know how to take an order over the phone why wait for a pizza to come thats not going to be right doesnt make sense

I live 1 mile away. I didnt want to go out in the cold so I ordered delivery. I ordered calzone, spagetti and calimari. It took 4 phone calls and 1 hour an 45 mins later finally got the food. Very poor communication. Food was alright. I suggest just picking your food up.

After many years of ordering from another close by pizza place we made the switch to Riviera a couple months back and there really isnt a contest. by far the best ingredients and best taste.in this area nothing else is even close.
