enjoyed many, many meals from this establishment, BUT after experiencing a arrogant, nasty, young lady behind the counter I will NOT be repeating my business there any longer. Double check they have your order correct when you call in, as the girl on the phone was carrying two conversations (one with my girlfirend, and one in spanish to another employee.) When I returned to have the mistake corrected I had her order pad waved around in front of me as she stated "this is my hand writing, and this is what you ordered!" Couldve been simple for them to fix, and they offered to, but not until after I had to hear this employee run her mouth. I accepted the food they had prepared simply to get out of the restuarant with out blowing up. No one should have to deal with an attitude like this from any customer service representative.

Ordered a Hawaiian Sicilian Was told 25-30 minutes Got there in 30 minutes and not long after I see a Sicilian being sauced and made People came in and left and Im still standing there I asked who seemed like the owner if they forgot my order and told no. Sicilian takes longer Half hour later Im there and finally get the pizza Yes I received an apology but not happy that truthfulness was not used. It doesnt take an Hour to cook a pizza!! To top it off. The pizza was just so so. Very little sauce!! Here in Willow Street there are multiple pizza choices and after this I will Choose elsewhere!!!

I dont know if they learned from Seth Todds unfortunate experience, but my experience was much better. The girl on the phone repeated my order back to me on the phone and when I picked up the food. The pizza was delicious and I will not hesitate to order from them again.

Definitely the best place in Willow Street for pizza, subs, or anything really. The food & service is always outstanding. Its unfortunate they dont deliver but the drive is always worth it rather then getting that lower quality crap from Carusos or Sals.

Definitely a good place to get a pizza if youre just South of Lancaster. I havent tried any of their other fare, yet... just the pizza. Place is clean, prices are fair, and the pie was pretty darn good. Recommended.

The pizza wasnt good and after buying the gluten free and regular with and without meat, my guests and I both felt sick for days afterwards. Will not be returning there.
