The waitress was lazy! Never asked if we wanted the lunch special before taking our drink order, which caused problems at checkout. She was not attentive AT ALL, and it wasnt even busy. Didnt ask about refills, didnt ask if we wanted the lunch specials, didnt even MENTION the lunch specials then charged us FULL PRICE. The OWNER (at least he had the arrogance of one) is EXTREMELY RUDE!!! My husband and I are outraged! He insulted our intelligence, our integrity, and tried to blame US for their mistakes. While the difference was only $0.25, our main issue was the UTTER LACK of disrespect shown to us at the clear miscommunication and laziness. We will NEVER come back here. I recommend no one else does either.

New to the area and I called on my way home to order, I specifically asked "is this the location on 272 outside of Ephrata?" They simply said "yes, what can we get for you?". I placed my order and walked into the location in Stephens who informed me I called the wrong location. They said to just call and cancel and theyll make my order there. When I called to cancel, the lady on the phone was one of the rudest people I have ever talked to. After threatening to call the cops when I tried to cancel my order, she hung up on me. The location in Stephens was more than understanding and helpful, but the woman on the phone left me a real sour taste for two cousins.

Owner is a real douch! We ordered a large extra cheese pie, when we got home, we found a ham and pineapple pizza. We called and the owners wife said yes there was a mix up. But yet they dident wanna do anything to fix there mistake. We were expected to spend our gas and time to go back, owner was willing to make a fresh large cheese pizza with 1 topping if we returned the large pizza with 2 toppings but was not willing to give back the money for the extra topping he over charged us for, when we argued it we were told "you no common so sence". Yes thats correct he said "you no common sence" WOW! Go to Pieros 1/2 a mile up 272 north on the right!

This is Pizza????? REALLY??? The frickin cheese is HORRIBLE there sauce taste like out of the can!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i had there chicken parm dinner and about puked Maybe they should stop opening up half assed pizza shops and concentrate on 1!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the one in ephrata thought was better think twice and they charge na gratuity fee for drive through ARE YOU KIDDING?????? whoever wrote these reviews have to be workers from these shops There QUAlITY is CHEAPPPPPPPPPPPP GO LEARN TO MAKE FOOD in general two cousins!!!!! NOT worth my money

By far the best customer service and the food does not compare to your average pizza shop. Now I will make a recommendation for anyone new and unfamiliar with Two Cousins, order a Steak Stromboli and a side of bacon cheese fries :) Talk about a Great meal, you will not be sorry. Hope you all enjoy Two Cousins service and superior quality food.

The hot subs were excellent! We had the chicken parm and cheese steaks. Both were excellent, dont forget to ask for yours to be toasted though. The french fries were fresh, hot and quick to come out. My only complaint is that theres no free refills on the soda. They charge 50¢ per refill! Inside was clean and the service was very good.

We will never eat here again. The pizza looked regurgitated and frankly tasted bland except too much garlic, undercooked, and cheap. My girlfriend got a steaming hot rubbery chicken ceasar salad, and under cooked dough for garlic bread. I definitely tell your family and friends to avoid.

I recently ate here with 3 friends. I asked the waitress to split our checks. When she gave us the check, everything was on one check. The check was so vague that it was hard to understand. After handing us the check, she disappeared. I will not eat here again.

I disagree 100% with the negative reviews. I love this place. Ive lived up the street for about 6 years, and have never had a problem. Best cheesesteaks and pizza in the area. I eat from there at least once a week and Im always treated kindly.

This place has amazing pizza, always perfectly cooked and ready super fast, but most importantly tastes amazing. Great staff, nothing to dislike whatsoever. If your not 100% happy with the pizza youre getting give these guys a try.

I have been going here since I was a kid. The owners are great people and very friendly. The service is outstanding and the food is always great. Their cheese steak stromboli is hard to beat. Definitely recommend!

This a good place to go for an inexpensive lunch or dinner. The service is excellent, and the food is consistently good. The pizza is ok, but the sandwiches are very good! The have the best rolls.
