This place has really gone downhill. Pros-The employees are friendly. The restaurant area is always clean. The pizza, though not great, is okay. Cons- Their subs are dreadful. Very tiny subs. The cheesesteaks are particularly bad. You ever have a steak sub where they use meat that doesnt quite taste right? Thats the meat Fortunato bros uses. The regular French fries are almost $4!! And, always taste slightly undercooked. If you get gravy or cheese fries, youll be paying over 4. Portions are small. There never seems to be any customers in this place anymore and i can see why. Bad value for bad tasting food. Get your act together before you go out of business.

The food is great when done correctly. This place has turned into a 50/50 chance!!! Ive had some great cheesesteaks from here. Ive also cheesesteaks that were subpar like the one I have right now. The roll is burnt and the ends have no meat!! The girlfriends pizza sub roll is burnt as well. We have also had pizza delivered with all the chesse on one side and in the box. Their food is too expensive for these kind of errors. We will be going with somewhere else next time.

We normally have great service and great food but the last few times we have gotten food the person on the phone has been extremely rude and our food was either burnt or we were missing part of our order. We got a flyer in the mail for a new menu item and when I asked about it the guy had no idea what I was talking about and was very rude about it! He basically made me feel like I was an idiot. We will not be back due to the customer service we have received lately.

please, PLEASE, do not eat here. my family and i ate here last week and the staff was rude and the tables were messy and the food was mediocre. its a shame since we have had food from fortunatos before years back. this place is not worth it. im sure there are better pizza places in harford county, try your luck somewhere else.

Ordered pizza and it was delivered lukewarm, dry and overcooked. Called and they sent another out. This was cooked and fairly hot, but no spice was added. Sauce has changed very little pizza taste. Not as good as it use to be. I guess different owners?

I ordered a slice of deep dish pepperoni. It looked great and first bite was good, but then... I felt something underneath. A used bandaid was stuck/partly embedded into the crust. Ialmost threw upalmost threw up

Food tastes good. Ive been a frequent costumer for many yrs. My complaint is the large subs are small they barely measure 10" and are not really filled with meat

BEWARE burnt pizza! Understaffed! One person making the pizza and also being the cashier. The pizza taste good if it not overdone.
