What an excellent establishment. Pour Girls is a gem in the middle of Southern Lancaster County. The conversion from the old, run-down Greentree restaurant into the new modern Pour Girls is amazing. Pour Girls is bright and cheerful and you can see a lot of love and elbow grease have gone into it. From the cheerful fish tanks to the awesome fireplace and inviting patio you will find yourself wanting to come back more and more. The bar is a place where you can saddle up to sports fans coming in to watch their favorite teams or just couples out for a ride in the beautiful county. There are plenty of tables and little rooms for either intimate dining or families to enjoy. I love the menu for the basic fact that it is not loaded down with a bunch of food that can be found at any of the other local restaurants in the southern end. The appetizers are unique and if you love wings this is the place to get them……big and meaty. There are soups of the day as well as those offered all the time and you must try them…….always of the gourmet variety. The sandwiches are amazing. My brother-in-law orders the grilled cheese every time he goes there, says it is the best he has ever had. The sandwiches are innovative and made with quality ingredients and when you get your sandwich make sure you have room for the wonderful fries, always hot and delish! The main course menu offers select meals made to perfection by what I would call a chef, not a cook. You can taste the thought and passion put into every dish. The staff has a knowledge of the menu and can give you a suggestion if you are overwhelmed by the wonderful choices. There are food and drink specials added on a daily basis which shows management doesn’t want to just sit back and let this well-oiled machine run, they are involved in making Pour Girls a place where you want to come back again and again to enjoy a good meal and good time.

Let me start off by saying that I am not a disgruntled drunk. In fact this review is written after my last visit to Pour Girls in a professional capacity during which I had very little to drink. Never in my life have I been treated the way that I was treated by the staff at Pour Girls, especially the owner who acts like she is better than you (no matter who you are). The management clearly has no clue when it comes to the realities of running a successful restaurant/bar. Rude and unprofessional would be my first choices of adjectives to describe this place. Also, they have a seriously ridiculous identity crisis. They act like they are a fancy high end establishment, but then the service is horrible and they behave like rough necks. They claim to offer live music, but the structure of their building doesnt allow for sound control and they treat the band like criminals. If you arent one of their regular customers, they treat you like a piece of crap. Dont expect to go to this place and have fun... They dont allow that! If you have anything more than one very overpriced drink an hour, they will flag you... Even if you arent even remotely drunk (and you arent driving)... Then the owner will attempt to publicly embarrass you (as she did to both me and my friend). Also, if you stand up for yourself as you are being publicly berated, the owner will encourage the regular customers to get in your face as you are getting ready to leave... She will also laugh as they physically assault you, as well. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. Its definitely not worth the absolute ridiculous drama.

I will start by saying yes, I do work at Pour Girls, and yes, I am related to the owners. In response to the review written by Tyler OConnor, I must say, I was surprised to see such a poor review written by someone who the owners have helped on numerous occasions. I hope the cook you were speaking of not knowing the menu was you and not your friends who still work at this establishment. Your review hurts not only the owners but that staff that is employed by them. I have found the people I work with there to be really great people. And the owners who you say are "Ignorant and arrogant" have never looked down on another and would offer the shirt of their backs if someone came to them for help. But you already know that, right Tyler? Being someone on the receiving end of the owners generosity more than once. As with any business, if you come to work and do your job to your fullest capability, there would be no reason to be an ex-employee. So please, if you read reviews before you are going to visit Pour Girls, know that the food is great, the wings are AMAZING, and the chefs features are delicious as well as eye pleasing. It might take a bit longer for your food to come to the table but its because Pour Girls uses fresh ingredients and food is made to order. I hope people who read these reviews understand that a disgruntled ex-employee can damage a business by writing a poor review.

Once again Ive stumbled upon something special while away on business. Needed something local and this was first on the list so I gave it a shot. My GOD was this the right choice! Had the special this Saturday night of surf & turf which was a filet and lobster and I have to say the chef worked some magic for sure. Most places dont know how to cook a filet or lobster and they were both melt in your mouth perfect. The slaw and brussel sprouts that it came with were amazing and not only was the taste of the whole meal phenomenal, the presentation and plating skills remind me of an extreme upscale establishment. Pour Girls, if youre reading this, you have an asset in that kitchen for sure. Hold on to that because I was absolutely blown away. For dessert I had the key lime tart which was on par with the sophisticated meal that preceded it. Absolutely amazing is all I can say. I hope I have another opportunity to stop here, this was an amazing experience. The staff were kind, inviting and professional, the atmosphere was relaxing and well kept and the food ROCKED! A+!!!

Amazing is the only word to describe it. My family and I have been coming here for years, before I finally applied for a job there! You know you love your work place if you visit it for dinner on your nights off! The whole staff is so nice and the establishment is very clean. There is live music every weekend and its such a fun, lively environment to be in. We just got a new chef and there is features every weekend that look, smell, and taste out of this world. However, the regular items on the menu are amazing as well. The owners are so welcoming and the staff will treat you like family. Its in a secluded area so it has beautiful scenery and the building was built in the 1700s so it definitely has a history that is a favorite story of mine to tell. You cant go wrong dining at Pour Girls, some of the best food this county has to offer is right in your backyard folks.
