Went with my family to celebrate my moms birthday but was disappointed in the food quality. My family and I have been to many Red Robins throughout the US and this one was probably my least favorite. It was extremely loud so it was difficult to talk to anyone in our party. The food was not very good either. My burger came out wrong and then when they went back to fix it, they ended up removing half of the toppings should have been on it but I ended up eating it because the server never came back to check if it was ok. My burger was slimy to boot and honestly tasted like they had used a frozen patty. When I order a burger to be cooked medium, I assume they are starting out with a fresh burger rather than something that will be warm on the outside and cold and slimy on the inside. My daughters burger was cold as well, not just in the middle. If it only cost $5 a meal that would be one thing, but the cost of eating there is very high for the poor quality food that you get. The service was ok. Our bottomless fries basically became a dessert because it took forever for the waiter to come back to our table to ask if we wanted more and then it took about 15 minutes to make them I guess. Dont plan to return.

Super busy (good for them), but not good for customers. Long wait, which we expected because its a new place in town. But service was slow, and overall, not a place well be anxious to go back again. Wait staff was not very attentive, and we had a problem with our meal, which they did fix, but then the waitress came by to tell us how it was our fault. 2 of us had ordered what was described in the menu as "Bunless" which, according to the menu, meant the burger would come wrapped in lettuce. Thought wed try it. Burgers came plopped on plate. Had to flag down a manager, as no one from the waitstaff came around to check on us. Got it fixed, but waitress explained we were supposed to request lettuce wraps. I explained the menu does not say that, but fell on deaf ears. Well go elsewhere for burgers - they are not that great that its worth the hassle.

We were seated at a table that we were then told no one was assigned too after waiting 20 minutes with no interaction from the staff. We finally had to ask directly for someone to at least get us drinks. We then ordered 2 regular Cokes and were then brought 2 very flat Diet Cokes. We then waited 20 more minutes for our food to come after which we realized we had no eating utensils or napkins. We then had to flag down another waitress to bring us silverware. Our food was cold and there were only like 5 french fries. It was not worth the $50 we paid. Also they want you to interact with some small computer system on the table to reorder drinks, order adult drinks, get appetizers, deserts and pay your bill. What is the use of 10 waitresses then standing around doing nothing to help you out. Wont be going back here ever again.

Very clean, lots of tvs and a good atmosphere. The chair i sat in was premium quality. I felt like i was the king admiral. However, you need not let the astetics fool you. The burger patty was not premium beef by any means, but this is coming from someone who grew up on a cattle farm. To anyone who is really hungry dont let the name "tavern double" fool you. They give you two patties that are a quarter of the regular patties size. I felt like i should have been at the foot ball stadium at five dollars per draft beer. The endless steak fries were delicious, and just like it says they truly are endless. I had to eat 3 baskets of them to make up for the pitiful tavern double i ordered. There was also a pretty decent selection of different "gourmet" burgers to choose from.

Server was friendly and knowledgeable, the food was not worth the price. Bought 3 gourmet burgers for our party with fries, fries were room temperature. Boyfriend had a second order of fries which were hot that time. Burgers were ordered well done and were definitely cooked to order, but somehow were also still not as hot as expected. I feel as though they use a "hot holding" technique which works fine when you have a high volume of customers, but when used with barely anyone in your establishment, it leaves new customers wanting and disappointed. Will not go back, Five Guys is just down the road and is just as good, if not better burgers.

Beyond slow service it shouldnt take 2 hours to have lunch. Then when drinks were being brought to our table the waitress dumped the entire soda on me and unfortunately my coach purse!! It was so bad I was fishing ice cubes out of my purse and it is still wet. Youd think after ruining an expensive purse they could..oh I dont know maybe even comp the SODA that ruined it but no. Full price meal for a soda shower and really slow service on a nearly empty monday at lunch time. Absolutely not the waitresses fault, accidents happen, but youd think management would have been willing to do something to help make it better.

I have eaten here a couple occasions. I return for the food. Their burgers, frys and milkshakes are really good. Downside, I have had the waiter get our order wrong, try to charge us for something we never ordered. On another ocassion food had to be sent back cuz the burger was still mooing lol. I always make sure to ask for an xtra thing of fries when I am ordering my food because they take foreverrrr to bring them to you or completely forget to all together. Why have bottomless fries if its so hard to get fries! So staffing wise, they need some work. Quality of food is usually decent except for that one experience.

We usually love Red Robin. This particular location however really disappointed. The waitress mixed up our initial drink order. Then the refills were wrong. Then she disappeared for 15 minutes. Good was brought out by kitchen staff. Told kitchen staff we needed drinks fixed and that my daughter didnt get bbq sauce. That went uncorrected for another 10 minutes till the original server magically showed back up. Told her and she did them fix. We all needed more fries. Sweet potato for 2, regular for one. They brought all regular. WTH? This place is ridiculous today!

Horrible! I gave this place two opportunities to show me it was worth coming. Both times they failed miserably! Ordered wings "frozen in middle" Ordered a drink "wrong drink" unlimited fries? Waiter came after meal was over. Second time around "Gave it 6 months" same exact service... Food was maybe ten degrees warmer then room temperature... never asked to refill drink or "endless" fries... Probably the single worse dining experiences of my life! DO NOT GO!!! P.S. Baltimore and Lancaster locations are complete opposite of this location

My rating is simply based on opinion and preference. Nothing bad about the place as far as restaurants go. I just didnt like the atmosphere. It was a weekend with crying babies and obnoxious birthday singing which immediate makes me never want to return to a restaurant. The burger I had was good, a little light on the burger though. Makes me wish we had an Appalachian Brewing Company in York. People were friendly, wait was short. Great family place with kids, just not my thing personally.
