I give it a star because two times that I have come here the person at the window has been very nasty and rude on the way they handle there self and over all just seemed like they just did not want to be there. Then I go inside the bathroom had urine on the floor and seat and if that was not bad enough they were loud and acting like kids. Clear to me that they were not professional. I love bugerking but this kind on things would stop me from coming back and tell all my friends about it....not happy with BK at 925 York road in Towson Maryland....

The food is always great. The customer service and professionalism is most often lacking however. They frequently close the lobby ahead of the scheduled time. As someone who doesnt drive and lives a stones throw away, that can be highly inconvenient.

Didnt even bother with the food. Went in to use the bathroom and wash my hands. Felt like I was going to fall over standing in front of the toilet. Stop "cleaning" the floor with a dirty mop or grease itself. Who knows?
