I would never mistake this for fine dining. The chorizo burger I had was actually delicious, and I would definitely come here for a beer and a burger if it wasnt terribly overpriced for both. The waitress looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language when I asked if my dish had mexican or spanish chorizo. She also freely admitted to a companion that she had not tasted most of the menu. The decor is very dated and theres no mystery as to why I (age 29) was the youngest person in the place. As I said, the food was good, but not "$16 hamburger" good. The rest of the package fails miserably. Were the prices adjusted accordingly, and the place presented as a hole in the wall bar and grille I think I might be a regular. As it is, any promise of fine dining is a promise that it just cant deliver on.

I won a gift certificate so my friend and I went to Century House on 3/19/2016. I had checked online nothing stated reservations were required but the hostess was very nice and got us seated. Our waitress came over introduced herself, cannot remember her name, asked what we would like to drink we both asked for water and lemonade my friend got hers but my lemonade was forgotten. Several attempts to get her attention failed finally when we placed our orders I got my lemonade when she told the assistant the the gentleman at that table gets the lemonade. I am a FEMALE kindly train your employees to ensure whom they are talking to or about!!!! Otherwise the food was great!

Great place to come and drink when you dont want anyone to know youre out drinking. The bar is literally hidden inside the restaurant. And once youre in the bar, the only people in the bar are just like you - just want to drink without anyone knowing theyre there. This place was near my old office so I would stop here after work on my way home for a little "refreshment." Im only giving four stars because drinks tend to be on the expensive side.

New years night was crowded and this place was slammed so service was not going to be spectacular. Turned out to be much worse than I planned. I ended up leaving after poor attitudes from our hostess, waitress and some cook or server that decided I was in his way near the restrooms. The food looked and smelled wonderful, but i cant speak for the taste. The nicest person there was the coat check girl. She deserves a raise!

Ive driven past this place a million times. I thought it was just catering... Its a high quality restaurant with extraordinarily friendly and knowledgeable staff. The fold was excellent. Im willing to say its the best in the region. Order the filet mignon. Get coffee after dinner. Go for date night. Go for graduations. Go for your mothers birthday. Get dessert. Sit. Enjoy. Get. The. Steak.

Good service but horrendously small steak with the surf and turf. Quality side salads and bacon wrapped scallops app. Drinks are pricey and not strong enough. The Century House was better the last time I was here, earlier in 2016.

There are many reasons why this place has been around for so long - consistently delicious. I am a big fan of the stuffed lobster tail and love the crackers and cheese dip they serve.

We go almost every other Friday, simply love the bartenders and hostesses and waitresses, food is excellent every time, never had a bad meal. Hats off to the chef.

We Had reservations for 500 , The staff didnt open the doors until 520, Food was ok Very Expensive , Will not be back to this place ever again!
