Chris the barman offers exceptional service. Case in point: Called in for a pickup order and parked outside the To-Go side door. Chris BRINGS OUT THE BURGER to the car! (Did I mention that it rained hard most of today?). It wasnt my order but who expects pick-up ... to your car! So I enter to get my burger. I asked for no fries... he arranges for TWO sides of green beans instead. Killer good. I get a salad bar to go. But the game is on so I stay...I eat my salad in the take out box at the bar. Chris gives me another box... get yourself another salad, take it home with you. I say eh, sok, I wanted cherry tomatoes and they dont have any. Hes off to the kitchen to find cherry toms for me. Wow. I find out hes a English teacher...9th graders...wishes he was better at helping instill a work ethic to them. Well I believe it cause hes got it! Im a pragmatic cynic, not easy to please, but simply trying, quickly, goes far with me and he really does that... he serves as hed like to be served and I told his manager that as well.

This was one of the worst experiences I have had. We usually get take out from this Ruby Tuesdays but decided to dine out tonight. We sat at the bar... it was dirty, the bar tender was lazy, the salad bar was picked over and looked unsanitary, our meals took forever and they over cooked the easiest thing on the menu... a burger. My bourbon chicken actually tasted like they dumped a shot of bourbon right on top which I had my husband eat because his burger was so poorly made. And to top it all off the bathrooms were awful. Will probably never go back which is a shame because I normally like their food and service. Would not recommend this location to anyone.

First, when I received my drink there was something in my glass. The waiter brought me a new glass but there was something in my ice. Looked like a seed of some kind frozen in it. Waited a good 25-30 mins for my food and when it came it was burnt. I asked for a well done burger and instead what I got was a burnt to a crisp burger. Not to mention with all the empty seats at the front of the restaurant they proceeded to place the black people at the back of the restaurant. I do not recommend this location.

Please, please, please, fire the waitress Melissa, she is the slowest, waitress I have ever dealt with at your place. If and when I return, I will never let the host place me in area. The tip I left was from my sympathetic wife, I would have just left her a note to try some energy drink or remember to take her Ritalin.

The service has gone downhill here. Slow. Our salad and appetizer plates were not cleared before entrees came out than waiter was annoyed that there was no room to put the dinners down. And, overall, disappointed in the changes that the chain has made to the menu. No more mozzarella sticks and other favorites gone.

Less than 3 months ago this place was a good restaurant to go to. My wife and I would frequently have a nice dinner here. I have no idea what happened but all of a sudden this place doesnt even have wet naps for your ribs. Little to no experience behind the bar and the food just fell off the map.

Biscuits. Came served with what LOOKED LIKE a bug got Baked. On them. The bourbon. Pork chop which is normally my go to meal was very dry today.green beans were crisp and mashed potatoes done nice. The limejuice margarita. Was awesome.made it easy to suffer through the pork chop

Food was very slow coming out. People at other tables left because it was taking so long. When the food finally came out, it was cold and the steak was fatty and too well done. The waitress was doing the best she could under the circumstances.

Teresa was our waitress she had 7 of us in an out under an hour the food is the great and the atmosphere is just wonderful. She is the the most polite waitress ever. We need to have a Teresa at every ruby Tuesday

Not a good experience. Food was not great. I had chicken fingers and fries. Waitress was sweet but overwhelmed. Table of 12 and she had no help with bringing food out or clearing table.

The new salad bar was the best. The food was good, service was good. A waitress even held the door open for us as we were leaving. I would definitely recommend this particular location.

Love the make your own salad. The cilantro lime dressing is off the shizzle. Very friendly staff too. Atmosphere is very cozy and family friendly.
