Hated it doesnt cover my bad experience. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. This was the WORST dining experience I have ever had and the management didnt do nearly enough about it for all of the trouble we had. Everything at the buffet was cold, and most of it was tough and our plates piled up on our table. Id go so far as to call it completely inedible. I couldnt stomach some of it at all. Our server didnt even come over once to check on us. There was a bone in my sushi, which they took ten percent off of our bill for. The man at the hibachi was the worst part of my experience. He was starting to mop when a friend and I walked up and he told us wed have to wait a few minutes. That part was no problem. We got our plates ready and my friend asked him if we could leave our plates there and he snapped at us, saying that he didnt care. Once he was done mopping, we went back to have our food cooked. After my rice was done, I made a comment to him about his unprofessional attitude and how, as a server I was quite dissatisfied that he spoke to my friend in that manner. He must not have even listened to what I said to him, because he tried to give a half assed excuse completely unrelated to my comment to him. At this point, my food was done and I went back to eat it. The steak was so over done that I couldnt even bite into it, and the immitation crab my friend had was burnt. We couldnt even find our waitress at this point. When we spoke to management, which my friend had done earlier in the night about the bone, they said theyd take twenty percent off, which was not acceptable after all the issues we had to deal with. I honestly feel it was an outrage that he expected us to pay almost fifty dollars for the worst service and some of the worst food I have ever eaten. We stood there for ten minutes dealing with a manager who showed no concern at all for the fact that we were extremely dissatisfied with our experience. He told us hed give us thirty percent off and eventually the manager cut the bill in half. Even this was too much but we paid it and left because it wasnt worth it anymore. I wouldnt ever willingly pay for food of this quality, or lack there of. I have been typing this since we left. This was horrible. I will never go back there. The food still hasnt settled and I feel like I might puke any minute now. Do not go here. Im appalled by the TERRIBLE STAFF, COLD AND QUESTIONABLE FOOD, AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE when there were clearly problems. GO ELSEWHERE. I PROMISE IT IS NOT WORTH IT.

Went today with family from out of town to this restaurant everything on the food bar was cold when I asked someone to help they directed me to the manager he said what do you want me to do about it theres steam coming off the table you can see it... I replied yes I see steam , BUT our food is ice cold and it was from all different Buffet tables, so it wasnt just one that had a problem. I then went over and took a piece of food off of each bar, put it on the plate & took it over to him and asked him to feel it! He refused! Then adding insult to injury a few minutes later he approached our table and said this is a buffet thats how it just how buffets are.... Upsetting another family member needless to say we left before they were done microwaving your food. All he had to do was say Im sorry ,check the temperature of the foods, and address the problem, BUT instead he was blatantly rude and very disrespectful & when I asked for a phone number to voice my concerns about the safety and sanitation of the food, he refused to give me a phone number and told me to just leave his restaurant! When I got home I looked for the phone number on the internet, low and behold what do I find, but 20 articles and news Snips about this very restaurant having black mold, flies, ants in food, using dirty containers, falsifying there completion certificates for employee safety and sanitation, and too many other things to list, and when I say too many I mean list of 100 violations! THEY WERE ACTUALLY FOUND GUILTY AND SHUT DOWN TEMPORARILY RECENTLY after being cited numerous times for falsifying documents failing & uncleanliness & serving unsafe food to our families for years now! Hmmmm!!!! Oh and Mr rude manager... I am not only writing this, but Im calling your headquarters, & the State Board of Health next . SIGNED, A very disgruntled Patron who will never return to your or any Hibachi Grill again and will discourage everyone I know from patronizing your restaurant because I wouldnt wish salmonella or botulism on my worst enemy- PS. I have a degree and hotel institutional and restaurant management from Drexel University

Had a great time at this Colonial Commons location! This was out first visit and while we were shocked at the number of people waiting inside, our wait was less than 15 minutes! We looked over the selections before being seated which is a great idea for anyones first time. The choices were more than wed expected and although we left this place quite stuffed, we only tried less than a quarter of the selections. Most foods were done well enough, especially the chicken dishes, they could try keeping all the foods a tad hotter. The one thing I was not happy with is the fried rice and which was completely bland. All in all we look forward to going back again. For less than $20 for two people at a buffet, we did not expect an incredible "fine dining" experience. From being seated to eating, the wait time is minimal which is a nice change from what we often experience on a Saturday evening somewhere else. With a vast selection that you can have more of whatever you want so we were not disappointed as some may be if they go in expecting cuisine of some incredible level. The service was quick, friendly and better than most. The food…plentiful and good. Desserts are limited but who had the room? The atmosphere was busy but we had no problems getting around. Taking small children in at their busiest times might not be a good idea though. Value?...in my opinion, that was the best part. We did not visit the "hibachi" or do the sushi so that is for another visit.

I happened upon Hibachi by chance while I was out shopping. My family was hungry and the air around the place smelled so good. So we went in. Its a very nice looking place and very large. There is plenty of seating. We were seated promptly on a Saturday evening, which was very nice. The restaurant was clean as well. All of the staff were friendly and prompt. Very good for a buffet. The food: Oh my, the food... there were SO many choices of food. Dont expect authentic cuisine here, its a buffet. However, do expect upwards of 20 choices of foods. American, Chinese, even a bit Italian were up for grabs. There is a very nice sushi bar, hibachi grill (which I didnt get to check out) and real ice cream. The cooks brought out food often, so it was always full and always fresh. ALL of the food I tried was delicious, I wish I had more stomachs so I could have eaten more, which brings me to the last part... My wife, myself, a 9 year old, and a 4 year old with 1-2 refills came to $43 and change. Thats a bit much for a buffet, and may have been priced a bit higher for a weekend, but it was so worth all the good food we got to eat. So good, we all passed out as soon as we got home. I will be going back soon.
