Was in town for a couple of days and decided I was in the mood for some Chinese food my 2nd night here. I read some of the reviews and figured this was one of the better places. While Im not exactly a food critic, I think I know the difference between excellent food and lousy food. This place was neither. I would say very average. The plate my entrée came on was 60% fried rice with the balance made up of some Chinese vegetables and meat. Oh, and it was cold (except the egg roll)! After 2 bites, I asked them to please heat it up and I was looked at like I had 2 heads. Upon receiving the re-heated food, it was mildly warmer than round 1. The food was ok, but on a cold night, I like hot food. Before leaving, I decided that I really didnt want to fill up on rice so I asked for spare ribs on the bone. These were better tasting, but if you dont like them swimming in sauce, be sure to tell them so. Personally, I would give this place 2 1/2 stars, and like another reviewer pointed out, forget about the way the place looks.

Their service stinks they never help you out when they do an order wrong I ordered something there and they did my order wrong I told him not spicy and they told me I cant do nothing about it spicy and then they hang up the phone on me I called him back again and the woman said oh well is spicey or spicy theyre very mean they dont like to give any refund of the money or give anything for the product and they would not deliver what you actually asked for they will tell you you have to keep what you order I really dislike that because its supposed to be I supposed to order what I supposed to get what I ordered not what they want because I pay for for it to come the way I wanted theyre very rude mean and awful they will hang up the phone on you they really dont want to hear what you have to say do not buy from this restaurant because you all get it the way you want it and if you get anything wrong they will do nothing

I personally havent had a bad experience here yet, and Ive had from them 4 times now (always take it to go). I am a vegetarian though, so I always get the General Tsos Tofu with white rice and an extra side of steamed broccoli. It is enough food for at least 3 servings, maybe 4, and for what you pay its an excellent deal. Maybe the customer service could be a little better, but I guess Im used to Asian restaurants being kind of "short" when ordering on the phone. The tofu is cooked very well and the sauce is amazing. I love this place as my go to easy dinner night. I had some friends order with me one time though who got some chicken dish and they liked it a lot too, so Im not sure what happened with other people. I will agree though that when you go to pick up your order they wont notice you usually unless you poke your head over the counter. Only complaint however.

I ordered a simple combination.. 3 Spring Egg Rolls, House Fried Rice, & Sweet and Sour Chicken. My food didnt arrive until about an hour after I had ordered but I guess because its Friday it may be busy. The food was not good. My chicken did not have the sauce on it, I had to dip it and the chicken itself was very hard. I called and asked for my money back (just for the chicken) and the lady said that it was not possible but I could go in and order something else. I just threw the chicken away. I then proceeded to eat my rice that was alright but the chicken in it felt like it was not fully cooked so I picked that out. I ate my egg rolls and they were okay but when I got to the last one liquid began to squirt out. I am very very very disappointed at this service. I will never order from this play ever again.

Great hot food , warmly welcomed with a nice smile as well . I have been using this place for a long time now and the food quality has always been what I asked for . Also I can understand that the food may take some times to get ready , because it needs to be well cooked for the customer safety , and Im fine with it. I would rather eat something well cooked that might take some time and feel great in my body than eating something poorly cooked that will make damage to my body. Thats why when my order requires me to sacrifice some times to get well cooked and also ready, gladly take patience for that and try to understand , ( Depending of the order.) thanks. In Oder words, this restaurant has always been good and at my expectations. Thanks for reading my opinion.

Went to pick up our food. The girl (who took the order) had zero clue about our order. After much confusion she figured it out...they gave it to another customer who already left...instead of remaking our order she called the customer made them come back with the food and tried to give us the food that had already left. (I feel bad for the customer who had to come back and they had actually paid for our order.) The girl was clueless on how to return their money...strangely enough I have seen this happen before to another customer...and no we didnt take our order... 40 mins of confusion and they STILL couldnt figure it out was way too much.

Nothing. Customer service was horrible. Food was terrible. I ordered plain white rice and the lady gave me fried rice two days in a raw so when I brought it to her attention; she was outrageous screaming " you said plain rice not white rice" at that time I ask to speak to the owner and she claimed she doesnt know his name and the phone number so I ended up calling the police on her and having her return my money. I refused to take the fried rice. Donot get anything from this place. Nasty food and nasty customer service.

When I first started ordering from them a year ago they would of been 5 stars but currently the food has been horrible during the last multiple occasions. Food has tasted cold, strangely globby at times with the Lo Mein (which Ive never had it Globby anywhere else besides when it sits in my fridge overnight but this has globs and little clumps of something, and as if the food is reheat a bunch of times. The prices are great, the staff is friend, but the food definitely needs to get back to where it was a year ago!

We ordered food. We had hen read it back to us they brought us the wrong food. They called us both liars and said that we didnt order what we said we did. We ordered 2 orders Of bone in spare ribs they brought us rib tips. She constantly called us liars. Said that we are liars that she took our order at first than she said she was next to the guy that took our order. Than called me back just to demand back the wrong food they gave us which she previously told me 5 times before I hung up on her.
