i was a loyal customer for more than a year to this restaurant but it has declined in recent months. firing employees and slacking on cleanliness upon this visit it was terrible. bugs in the kitchen food on the floor when i asked for a refund for my food he refused saying "i already make your order." so after a brief standoff where i ask to speak to the manager he said it was him i said ive been a customer for a year he said so. if the manager doesnt value a customer that has been going there to fix a simple problem. then even if his store was not disgusting there is no reason to be a patron there i will be reporting them to the health department and as someone who has seen the best and worse days in this restaurant. i can tell you for sure do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Food is really good. Best Chinese joint in town. I dont feel terrible afterwards eating it as well. So why the 3 stars? Well, they are a tad more expensive than the average Chinese place, but thats justifiable by their upper scale place. However me and some friends were told if we wanted to eat in we had to make a reservation, despite the store being completely empty. However the biggest reason Id rate the place so low for having such good food is due almost solely to the customer service. Im used to establishments not having primary or strong English speakers, but combine that with the impatience and rudeness of the staff and management, you have some pretty irritable experiences. Ever watch that episode of Seinfeld with the Soup Nazi? Well its comparable to that.

My first time, I was greeted with smiling faces in the later evening. Its clean and has multiple employees (not two or three like other places). Dining area seemed comfortable though I had take out. I ordered the orange chicken combination and there were actual orange slices with the chicken! The rice tasted fresh, not like it was cooked in the same pot all day. The sushi...awesome tasting and professionally rolled, beautiful. This is my newly established Chinese food home. I look forward to eating here again and I will recommend to everyone I know. (side note: most places give you those aluminum containers that can leave a funny after-taste but not these guys, they give sturdy plastic containers. I think they know what theyre doing)

This Place is great! They make BOTH Japanese food and Chinese food. You can even sit in their little sushi bar section and watch them make your sushi. My kids love that almost every fish in disneys nemo movie are in their fish tank there! Everyone in my family loves this place and we drive by 3 or 4 places to get to this one because the others dont compare. Vegetables and fish are always fresh, ive never seen feathers on my chicken wings like the other places, and ive never had soggy/unflavorful food either. I love them!

Its so sad that their food is so good but my grandmother a 56 year old Hispanic was kicked out of this restaurant just for trying to explain to my grandfather that they didnt have a combo meal that he requested my grandmother was trying to explain while the man was latterly yelling and banging on the menu got my grandma nerves then he yells GET OUT GET OUT DONT EVER COME BACK! THEY ARE NOT PATIENT AT ALL!

We stopped in while on vacation from Michigan and I have to say all of us just loved it. Great food, good prices, friendly faces and fast service. Would like to suggest you stop here if youre looking for Chinese food in Williamsburg.

Hit or miss...the sushi was okay, the veggie lo mein was okay, and the chicken chow mein had no flavor. If you are looking for okay then this is the place, but if you are looking for really good sushi, I would try somewhere else.
