I called in an order and the female over the phone didnt even know the prices. Once she figured out what to charge me, she said give them 20 mintues. I went over after 25 minutes and my food still wasnt ready. After waiting an additional 25 (almost an hour) I asked if my food was almost ready. My order had never been started; and it was never taken down. The waitresses (who were very unprofessional and loud) said that I had never called in an order. I even showed the owner my call log. No one apologized or tried to make amends for the situation. They all just stared at me.... I will never be going back.

Owner wasnt pleasant.. complained about how much coffee I was drinking... but I was paying for it dont understand the problem.
