Heard great things about this place so my family decided to try it and loving their other restaurant Lauras pizza we had high hopes. From the moment we walked in the service was very poor. Once we were seated, a server came over with free alcoholic drinks and assumed we wanted them which we did not. Next our water and glasses were brought over and put on the corner of the table and instead of pouring them for us, the bus boy simply walked away. Next our bread was brought to us with plates stacked on top along with olive oil on top of that. Again, it was put on our table and he left forcing us to lay our dishes out and serve ourselves. The next issue was after our appetizers. We asked for to go boxes and our food was taken and then returned to us a minute later. We had to explain to him that we did not want our to go boxes on the table while we were eating the rest of our meal. Also, I should mention the environment was now very loud and we were yelling at each other because the other tables had groups of people drinking and it really was quite obnoxious. Waiters were also helping to take pictures and camera flashes were an issue too. Once our food came about an hour later, we ate and left. My ribeye was terrible and had more fat in it than anyone would want to eat. As we were leaving, the owners son saw us as we walked out and didnt even say goodnight or anything. I will never go back here again. Poor service and cold food isnt acceptable for what I expected to be a nice Italian restaurant. Should have just stuck with Lauras. Very disappointed and we will not return. Also, I should note, I purchased gift certs as holiday presents. Hope my friends have better luck.

We like this restaurant have been going for almost a year. One thing that puzzles me is that every time I order an entree with meat there are no potatoes to go,with it . I asked the waitress the last time and she look lost. There was just something missing with my veal Marsala. And no rice with the salmon I ordered the last time. Other than that it is a good experience.

Waitstaff seemed to not work well together, blamed each other for little things like not refilling water, very petty. Never said upfront a lot of menu options were unavailable due to fryer down and running out of food, until of course we tried to order it. Stingy with bread. Just an off-putting experience, would not recommend.

We held our baby shower here and it was a beautiful success. Frederico and his staff are kind, friendly and very attentive to guests and detail. Authentic Italian food: the pasta and seafood dishes are simply the best. The byob aspect is nice as well. We have also dined here as a couple and all the same can be said.

The staff was overwhelmed when we showed up 5 minutes early for a party. The staff was clueless, and the food was a poor representation of what a person born and breed in south eastern Pennsylvania constitutes as "Italian food".
