GREAT FOOD/MUCH BETTER DELIVERY SERVICE NOW!!! My co-workers and I usually order from here 3-4 times a week (maybe 5, weekends). We always get delivery since theres really no time to go out. Months ago when we regularly had delivery the driver showed up late but he was pleasant but the food wasnt hot, we would either have to deal with it or heat it up in the microwave. We started to have our doubts and thought about ordering from another place. We gave it one last shot and it was a different delivery person. NO SOGGY CHEESESTEAK ROLLS/ FRIES/ SALADS WERE CRISP AND DELICIOUS AS USUAL, it wasnt the typical delivery food we were used to heating up! New delivery guy maybe? So we continued to order from here. (I think his name is Joe) He now delivers to us 3-4 times a week and maybe once on the weekends and everything is always PERFECT. There was 1 time we got a different driver and back to the same old heating it up in the microwave. The next time after that we got the good delivery guy and what a difference! Food was how it was when he delivered to us all the other times. So thank you for hiring a driver who is on time and always happy, arrives with our food nice and hot and above everything else HONEST! My manager put in too much money by mistake and the driver noticed returned and corrected the total. Now we only ask for Joe when we call....delivery drivers make a huge difference! The foods outstanding! Thanks Olympia! And thanks to Joe for such wonderful delivery service!

Decided to try Olympia for the first time this evening. Placed a delivery order around 4:30 for 2 cheesesteaks and fries. I was told to expect them in 30 minutes. 6:15, still nothing. I called to inquire about the status of my order and the girl that answered was immediately stumbling on her words, but did admit to remembering taking my order. First she said my salads would be here shortly. I told her I didnt order salads. Then she told me that they didnt have the correct phone number for me, although they never asked for one. Then she told me I wasnt here when they knocked, also not accurate. I havent moved from my couch since placing the order. But then she revealed my food hadnt even been prepared. I suppose they knocked @ an invisible house with ghost food. Needless to say, I canceled the order. Making excuses and offering no resolution is far worse than admitting you made a mistake. I will not attempt to be a customer there again.

I have been ordering from here for quite a while at different times of day and today was the worst food I have ever gotten. I called and the guy who answered the phone basically said it was MY fault. He did offer to remake my food but then told me it would take an hour to send because he was busy...Guess who lost a very good customer. I used to order form her 2 -3 times a week as did my co-workers. Blue Bell Pizza Here we come!!!!!!

A group of 9 ordered and were paying cash. Was charged $18 for a delivery fee, $2 per order, for a delivery that was ordered at the same time and to a delivery going to the same place! When I called to complain about the ridiculous fee, I was told to never order from them again and got hung up on by the manager/owner. And I plan to do just that.
