Im normally really forgiving when it comes to working in restaurants and Panera is litterally one of my favorites but, there are still things that I cant tolerate. I can deal with attitude what I dont like is when health code is being broken and peoples food are being prepped anyway without care. Here were literally people sick and coughing up a lung as they prepped food. I asked for a new lid for a drink that I had ordered that was pretty much covered in syrup and the woman behind the counter just complained...then coughed and used her arm to wipe snot from her nose. If people are sick, just stay home. Focus on getting better. Working while sick is not good for you or anyone else.

I absolutely love love love this place! Have been to two different locations and havent been let down yet! My girlfriend and I decide to make this our "go to place" their outside scenery is nice and the visits are always fast and easy. Be Sure to become one of their members they offer rewards

Great location, incredibly clean and good amount of indoor and outdoor seating. The staff is top notch and this is a really enjoyable place when its not too busy. When it is busy, though, the wait time can be crazy, 30 minutes or more.

They forgot to give me my soup in my to go order. I called and they were extremely nice. I came to get the soup and they gave me the bigger size and let me pick a pastry at the front. Great customer service!

Im a new customer to Panera Bread and this was my First time ever going out of my way to eat their food. The one staff member I spoke to was nice but the food i wanted was unavailable.
