Very disappointed in this restaurant, chipotle is usually clean and tastes great. Walked in to see a very dirty grill, my chicken tasted like burnt gristle (what was all over the grill) floor was dirty and had to ask for the tables to be cleaned. Will be going out of my way to go to another chipotle. 8/20/17: came back to give them a 2nd chance and although the restaurant was clean, there was only one person behind the counter working. He was great but clearly needed help. Asked to speak to manager and she was not assisting. Poor guy was working his tail off and his manager couldnt care less. Come on Chipotle get in this store.

Been here 5 or 6 times. If you wanna burrito I wouldnt go here. Burrito always gets over-stuffed so they rip it a lot. Not mixed up well so a whole bite of veggies and then a whole bite of meat. They often move slow on the line so your food sits on the counter getting cold for up to like 5 minutes sometimes. They dont wrap very well, my burrito has often fallen apart. Probably fine if you get anything else, but for a burrito - Ive never enjoyed my experience here. I literally drive 30 min out of my way just to go to a different location when I want chipotle.

Since this opened it has become a favorite occasional stop on the way home to pickup an order of Mexican. I use the app to preorder exactly what the family wants and schedule the pickup. If I am running a bit late they put the hot items in a warmer and keep the cooler items out.

I gave it a two because I support their company standards but, this location is always dirty. The dinning tables, floor, and soda fountain section is always filthy with food scraps and garbage from previous guests. I have been here 3x and its always this messy.

If you havent tried Chipotle yet this Bethlehem PA location is the one to go. Great in-store environment and a very nice outdoor patio. The food is totally customisable and top notch! Food prepares are very professional and gracious!

never been to a chipotle I have never liked before. But this one was not great. The rice was cold and all stuck together. Chips were stale. Everything was just a bit off.
