By far the worst Chipotle I have ever been in. Ive never experienced such poor service at a restaurant. I thought it was just my first time there, but after the third trip I realized it is very poorly ran. The line was long and 4 of the employees were sitting at a table eating IHop on their phones! One even stopped folding burritos to go eat her Ihop. Its 12 oclock and in the middle of the lunch rush! Only 2 employees serving. The girl at the register was absolutely miserable and gave me the impression that I was "inconveniencing" her. None of the employees knew where to be and didnt care. I love Chipotle, but will never go back to this one. If I was the owner I would fire the manager and every employee in there and start clean. Their numbers have to be hurting. Thanks for nothing.

The food is excellent. I love Chipotle. This location, however, is not being managed well. The associates assembling my to-go bowl were not paying attention at all. I had to repeat myself multiple times, which was extremely irritating. Checkout person was not at all personable either. I dont expect a conversation, but it is a customer service position... To top it off, there were NO napkins at the self-serve station on the way out the door. A VERY poor customer experience today.

If anyone on here left a review over 1 star for this chipotle must be just as much of a clown as the staff here. Lazy and DGAF. These people are the reason minimum wages shouldnt be raised. Ive never waited 7 minutes for chips and guac, but thats their special. Even you are the only customer they will still somehow manage to take 12 minutes to slip together a burrito. Ridiculous.

Took me telling the cashier three times what I ordered for him to get it right. No napkins at the station, and workers took all three trash cans away at the same time, so I had to leave it on the table. Tables were filthy and workers seemed like they didnt actually do any work. On the plus side, the cashier screwed up and gave me three soda cups instead of water cups.

Good heavens, that was the worst experience of my life! TINY portions. UNFRIENDLY workers. UNDERCOOKED and overall GROSS burrito! Honestly, I had about 2 tablespoons of still hard rice, not even a tablespoon of black beans, and chicken that was fatty and still pink! After being appalled by the size, I took one bite and threw it away. So incredibly disappointed!

Everyone that works there is so friendly. I work at the dealership across the street & we all enjoy getting lunch from there. I didnt get her name but the girl with the long hair prepairing my meal new exactly how I like my burrito & I go a lot but not everyday so I was impressed. Thank you for great service & good food!

This location? : Cold food, always out of ingredients, grumpy and most of the time half of them are sitting around eating when there is a huge line. Switching over to Qdoba in bryn mawr on Lancaster. The Ardmore chipotle was so bad it converted me, and the new Qdoba is delicious and also has a full bar.

Underwhelmed by the service at this location. I preordered online and they hadnt even started the order when I arrived, and the store was completely empty! Woman at the register was rude, like she was burdened to do her job. Too busy chatting and paling around with the other employees.

I personally prefer qdoba over chipotle any day. Chipotle doesnt do smothered burritos which is sad. They also dont have queso sauce. This location is always really busy to the point where they run out of food sometime and dont give you any indication of when theyll be refilling.

I love Chipotle but this particular location is very poorly staffed and managed. They frequently run out of things on the line during rush hour and they usually mess up my burritos. They never have online orders prepared on time either.

My 7 years son said yesterday that was better then pizza ,this is the best compliment this food could have, makes it a 5 stars food. No more "I wanna pizza for dinner".... .But the people was not so friendly.

Affordable, fresh, healthy options, vegetarian options, great vibe. It can be loud and heavy on the salt, but its still a great option. And the meat choices are hormone free, almost organic. Its a start.
