I asked for beans on the side instead of in the taco and the girl at the window in a sarcastic tone told the food preparer to put the beans on the side and they said just tell them we are out of beans, which I clear as day heard him say. I said you mean to tell me Taco Bell is out of beans, that like 90% of your food has beans in it you might as well shutdown. The girl said yea well sorry. We left because after all who had the time to argue over some beans, but we called back and few minutes later and they miraculously had beans I had to know. Lol Never will I go there ever again on principle for being lied to and treated poorly. They should be embarrassed for such poor service over stupid beans.

It took 30 mins in line just to get to window then another 10 mins for my food that was NOT what I ordered. I asked for extra sour cream and extra hot sauce...I got 2 hot sauce packets and no extra sour cream... Now Im waiting in the parking lot where they told me to park and wait with my 2 kids screaming in the back seat for another 5 mins...Im going to wait ANOTHER 5 mins AND if no one comes to the car I am going to bring my screaming kids in the store and demand a manager.

Horrible service, waited 20+ minutes in the drive thru just to get two extra unnecessary drinks in which I was livid. If Im going to be in a drive thru 20+ minutes, at least give me an extra taco or something worth the wait. The are very under staff and if youre hungry and looking to grab something fast, I would say go to another fast food place. They are right across from wawa and even there you get food faster than you do at this Taco Bell location.

Taco Bell is by far my favorite fast food joint. I mean, its all really bad for you anyway so you might as well splurge here and there. I love the basic crunchy taco and the doritos loco taco. The nacho cheese at TB is the best in the world as well, same with there taco sauces...i always take a bunch for home!. Staff here is kind and courteous and very speedy with their delivery!

Very understaffed lasted 20 mins in drive through. Ended up having to go inside to wait another half hour!!!! They only had about 4/5 ppl working if that and had to call in for reinforcements!!!! I swear if it wasnt that weve been craving for this for so long I would have left running. Would not recommend this this place to NO ONE at least until they staff more ppl.

Been there 5 times and every time it takes over 10 minutes for my order. On top of that the food is sub par Even for a taco bell. Did I mention the hair I have found in my food on 2 separate occasions? Long story short youre better off getting a at home taco kit.
