I order a pizza online at 10:30pm and got a call back at 10:41 telling me the driver wont deliver in Philly. He has been robbed and now has a fear. Since when can you refuse orders ? Im sure plenty of people dont want to deliver in Philly but they have to. (Mind you Im right off city line ave) Rep tells me he will call me back and let me know if they can change his mind. I call back at 11:41 cause they close at 12 asking where my pizza at. A women (Kendall) picked up the phone who turned out to be the manager i later find out puts me on a 9 min hold. A worker explains to me again why they cant deliver it. Wait.............. You charge me, dont call me back, and then your manager cant have the heart to women up and speak to me. Worst pizza hut ever. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS AND GHETTO AS HELL. Went to bed with a empty stomach smh

Pizza and cheese sticks arrived burnt. Requested entire order be replaced. 2nd delivery was burnt to a crisp. Cheese should not look, and have a texture like, Ghandis flip-flop. Disgusting! I have formally requested a refund from the main website and will file a grievance with the BBB, if it is not fulfilled, because Im too embarrassed and furious to talk to any of the staff at the place itself.

Over 90 minute wait for 2 pizzas, wings and fries. Everything was cold. Did they call to apologize or offer a free pizza next order? Hell no because the state Rd delivery sucks. This is the 2nd 90+ minutes for delivery. We live about 2 mikes. Never again will I order from that Pizza Hut. Your service is worthy of zero stars.

Ordered at 1:22pm. Got a text at 2:20pm my order was out for delivery. Finally called at 3:35pm to find out it hasnt even been started yet. Took over an hour to get 2 pizzas....free of charge. Great. Until I open them to find the pizzas burnt. I will NEVER order from them again.

After 2 Hours of waiting the pizza came cold and soggy - Requested a replacement pizza and the Manager Kendall wanted to pick up the cold soggy pizza to give me a replacement that took another 45 minutes - LOL LIKE WUT WHY DO YOU WANT MY COLD SOGGY PIZZA BACK

This is the second time we ordered delivery and the first time they just did show up at all! This time, they showed up 1.5 hours later with dried out pizza and breadsticks! Wont be ordering from here anymore!

The service is nice, but the quality of pizza is inconsistent. Check your pizza before you leave the building. Last night, our pizza was burnt =(
