For a fast food restaurant, this place is great. I myself dont like fast food that much, but this place is worth it. It is cheap, fast and great tasting. This restaurant is definitely on the good side of fast food. The only reason for no five stars is because the bathrooms were not great, but as a restaurant, outstanding and just blew away expectations. I will definitely stop by again.

Chick-fil-A is in my opinion the best fast food place you can go to and I myself am more of a beef person than I chicken person so I would normally choose a hamburger place but whatever Chick-fil-A does with there chicken they make it taste much better than a burger and the service is always pretty quick and there drinks arent watered down like some fast food places.

All Chick-fil-As are at a different level in the fast food industry, so the bar is set high when rating any local branch location. Therefore, the five stars Im giving to the Downingtown Chick-fil-A make this a very high review. It is because the atmosphere of the dining area, which is clean and has a quiet, soothing quality.

I always have a great experience at Chick-fil-A the staff is very pleasant not one complaint with this store the drive-thru and in-store half fast service food is excellent very clean facilities and if you want to come in half use the Chick-fil-A app on the Apple store or Google Play works wonders when youre in a hurry

Food is absolutely delicious! However, my visit today was met with the rudest, most argumentative employee (named Rosie) I have ever encountered with this chain. Her attitude, talking back, combative responses that just wouldnt stop earns a rating of 3 rather than the 5 I think this restaurant usually represents!

Chick-fil-a is consistently tasty and always hits the spot when Im in a bind for a quick meal. I love to get the cow calendar (available for purchase in the months of November or December). The included promotional discount card provides monthly deals at Chick-fil-a.

Its a typical Chick-fil-A experience. Place is clean, service was moderately fast, and staff was pleasant. Gets very busy at times. Please note that MSG (monosodium glutamate) is in ALL of their breaded chicken, soups, and several other dishes. Consumer beware.

Never a bad review w Chick Fillet. Prompt quick service and they bend over backwards to see your happy. Even come to tables for refills. Food is all ways the same. Superb. What more can one say, you LOVE it or dont. I love chick fillet!

I love this place! Its always REALLY busy, but somehow they still manage to get you your food really quickly, whether in the drive-thru line or at the counter. The chicken nuggets with Polynesian sauce are delicious! So are the milk shakes!

The service was great! After strolling in around 6 when they were closing they didnt complain once and continued to serve customers till after all the food was gone. Very nice workers and helpful even after they were "closed"!

Good food. Very poor service. Had to wait 14 minutes for two sandwichs. My break is only 30 minutes. Spent half of it waiting around Chick-fil-A. Not good. Will not be back. And I only work across the parking lot.

The food tastes good but its always small portions. This particular Chick-fil-A has dirty tables and seats. Its also first thing in the morning so I would think it would be cleaned.
