From the onset, the very name of the restaurant sets an expectation - " Gourmet Burgers". This is a chain restaurant that specializes in burgers (but has other options as well). They do offer a bewildering variety of burgers topped and customizable to your whim, along with unlimited steak fries (or my personal pick, coleslaw). To call them gourmet may be stretching it a bit, typically there are enough toppings to mask the taste of the beef itself on any of their standard offerings (Im not saying this is a bad thing, the burgers are decent, but sometimes "Less is More"). The food quality is always consistent and the waitstaff is some of the best in the area for a chain restaurant. The onion ring tower is always a pleaser for an appetizer. There is a full bar available and there are quite a few specialty soft drinks available to choose from as well. The atmosphere is very family friendly, and you will run into many families dining there after a little league game or dance recital.

Last 6 times the medium burger came back extremely rare . ( they forget to drop my order) Or very well done. Seriously how hard is it to cook it medium @ a burger spot? Almost impossible thats how. Until today. Finally they gave up more than the standard 6 fries in a cup. N nailed a medium burger. But I give thanks to the waiter. Because I asked him to ensure the same horrible customer service would not show up 7 times in a row So thank you awesome Red Robin dude for giving me a tasty meal.

Ordered curbside takeout for family. The Royal Red Robin burger, which was supposed to be served with a fried egg on top, was completely missing the top bun and the egg hadnt been flipped over, so it was dripping raw whites onto the burger. It was also in a clear container, so its a little confusing how that wasnt noticed. When we called to complain they graciously said they wouldnt charge us for the inedible health hazard. Will never return.

Excellent burgers... hands down best you can get. They have no competition. Rated only 4 stars because atmosphere is a cross between an Applebees and a diner in decor and feeling. It is pretty family friendly for the most part though there are several TVs playing whatever they decide to show...usually sports. Music is pretty respectable with nothing seemingly offensive or off. Staff is pretty friendly.

This place is the best red robin I have ever been to. Service is quick and waiters/waitresses are always kind and friendly. Environment is nice, pictures and old stuff on the walls, plus it is very bright. Music always playing. Food is amazing and cheap considering there is all you can eat fries. Burgers are my favorite. I would say this place is flawless in every way. Five stars is an understatement.

I eat at this restaurant 1-2xs/week. The food is almost always perfect, as well as the staff. Of course there is the occasional bad waiter, but they dont usually last long. I always receive extra napkins, but generally I have to ask. Burgers are about $10, but the fries are free and you get free seconds on the fries. They have a good kids menu, salads, etc. Great place for a relaxing lunch or dinner.

This is by far the best Red Robin we have ever been to. Me and my fiance came in with our service dog and they were extremely friendly and accommodating. They brought over water for our dog and came back frequently to check on everything. The food came out very fast and was very fresh. Both the manager as well as our waitress were very helpful and genuine. We will absolutely be returning very soon!

Burgers are really good, however even if you ask for any variant of rare, you will get medium cooked. service was fast enough to be in and out within an hour (it was close) but be ready to order when server asks for drinks, which is hard b/c they have a great variety of burgers. Love the option to pay and split checks with kiosks located at every table.

really bad service they took over 1 hour to have my food ready even my appetizer....even the two other tables in front of me that came way after me.. They got their food way before me n the guy didnt even apologized for the bad service so i got up n asked for the food to take out n the food was cold n they gave me the wrong order.....

Above average burger restaurant. Decorations and curios give this place a pleasant vibe, and the food is excellent. The staff are very attentive and friendly, and checking out is easy because each table has a touchscreen to pay the bill, order drinks and other options. Theres plenty of parking and booth/table seating options.

I walked in, got seated and waited and waited and.... Walked out and nobody seemed to notice. This trip was the first time back in over a year fter having horrible service last time. I had a great experience in Chicagos Red Robin so I gave it another chance. They actually cared there. Not here though. Sad!

The food is so delicious! Luckily we didnt have to wait and were seated right away. Our waitress was very attentive and offered good service. What I dont really like are the tablets at every table what the kids love at first but in order to play anything youd have to pay. Otherwise its a great place to eat out.

Nice place to take the family for dinner and lunch. They have an awesome selection of burgers, wraps, chicken sandwiches, and salads. They even have a very nice selection of deserts, non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages. You have the option to dine-in or you can do take out with their curbside to go.

Some food items are pretty good, but the price is a tad high and the service is always suspect. Last visit we waited 45 minutes for salads while several people were served meals who had arrived 30 minutes after us. We were told the kitchen was backed. Nice way to spend an afternoon trying to get a salad!

Red Robin has the best burgers, and the fries are like heaven; the only thing that I would like to happen at this location is faster service. I frequent with a few of my co workers on our lunch break and we always have to rush back to work afterwards due to service. Other than that the food is great!

This place is horrible I am typing this right after my meal. My waiter MAT was horrible service was despicable. Also red robin in Exton or lionville the same one the place is DISGUSTING I mean like dirty there was a piece of hair on my menue and a bug in my drink.

They were out of every item I asked for. What made me get up and leave was the fact that a supervisor , or at least someone dressed different from the servers, overhead this and said nothing. This place will be out if business soon enough if they dont improve

Never really had a bad experience here, Burgers are a little pricey but good and come with bottomless french fries. They do a movie deal with Regal Cinemas, for about $33 you get 2 burgers and 2 Super Saver tickets for Regal. Makes for a great date night deal.
