Shockingly bad service. My biggest issue was that while ordering we specifically mentioned that one person in our party was vegetarian and ordered the tofu dish. We ended up getting chicken. When we called the server, he seem very casual after he checked that it was a chicken dish he entered by mistake, he was non apologetic and took the dish and just bought a tofu dish back in a few minutes. We were simply expecting a bit of regret and apology but seems to care less, forget typically what good restaurants would have done of not charging for that dish. And even asking lightly if he just fished the chicken out of the dish and bought it ban, mentioned that its not easy and seem so casual. It was a big thing for a vegetarian and he was not sensitive to that. The food quality for okay like any avg. Japanese & Thai restaurant. I had gone to this restaurant based on the reviews, but i guess for short changed. Wrong day or wrong restaurant ....now I dont care about that place.

The food was very good! However, my girlfriend and I were extremely disappointed in the service. The waitress seemed to have an attitude from the moment we sat down. She was cold and unfriendly. We both ordered the Udon noodle dinner. On the menu it says "Comes with Miso soup, salad, and rice" (this is the reason we ordered the entree in the first place).The waitress delivered our Udon Noodles and never ONCE came back to check on us or refill our drinks. When I asked the waitress if we can get our miso soup, salad, and rice she said it does not come with it. I showed her on the menu where is is wrong and she apologized and then told us that it is only for one item. Without causing a stink, we both decided to get the miso soup and be done with it. If you write something on the menu you should honor the way it reads. I basically paid for 2 items and never got them. Its a shame because the food was great but the service was lacking.

Ordered $30 worth of sushi for takeout and when we tried eating it, the avocado was incredibly hard, it was gross. I spent 15 mins scraping out the avocado in EACH AND EVERY roll. If I hadnt spent all that money, we wouldve just thrown it out. I used to order from here fairly often but now I just cant stomach it and go elsewhere. Pretty disappointed.

Love this place! A few guys get out about once a month for sushi and this is now one of our favorite spots! (Mino is the other one) Honestly feel like family here and the sushi is delicious. We have a little of everything too. Appetizers, rolls, sushi, sashimi and even dessert! Highly recommend this place if you are a sushi fan! The Mushi Crew!

I found my favorite sushi place!! Atmosphere, food, and service is phenomenal!! If you enjoy good sushi, I thoroughly recommend coming here! Ive been to several of the popular sushi restaurants in the surrounding areas and this one takes the cake by FAR!! I will update if I find anything has changed.

The food was ok... Once we find something we could eat. Thai food is made with coconut milk, but at Murasaki its made with half cows milk. No curries without cows milk. So much for Thai being a safe menu for our dairy protein allergy. Everywhere else, but not at Murasaki.

Local, repeat customer. Love their Japanese menu, and dig their decor. Would love to see some donburi options but cant argue with their tonkatsu. Glad to have them in the neighborhood!

From the NW and needed a sashimi wasabi fix. Holly cow that was good! Some how they made octopus not that chewey, everything was super fresh and cold.
