We placed an order for a large hand tossed pizza with classic sauce, 1/2 jalapeños, 1/2 tomatoes, and olives, with regular cheese. We also ordered 8 piece honey BBQ Bone-Out wings. We order the pizza on September 7, 2015 at 5:30p. After nearly 2 hours, we had not received our pizza. We contacted the store 4 times and no one ever answered the phone. So we thought it might be closed. I went to the store and my husband stayed home in case the driver showed up. When I got to the store, there were 8 other angry people in line. They had been standing in line for a while waiting on their order. No one ever came up the the front to answer the many phone calls. No one responded to our questions of "Any one back there." However, we could here some one back there and occasionally see a person moving around. While waiting, my husband called to say the driver showed up 2 hours and 15 minutes after we placed the order. However, the pizza looked like someone had sat on it. Half of it did not have cheese or any veggies, it was COLD, and the other half look like it had been smushed. Since that day I have tried twice to talk to a manager. My name and number was taken and was told someone would call me back. It is now Wednesday and I have not heard from anyone. We will NEVER order from this Pizza Hut again. Unfortunately, this is not the first time we have had issues with service. But, we have learned our lesson this time.

THIS LOCATION IS TERRIBLE! AVOID IT AT ALL COST. Multiple times, on random weekdays, my husband and I have had 2 hour long waits for a delivery. Then weve been told that we gave the wrong address because the driver couldnt find our house. (Our address is listed in their computer and I verified, while ordering, that they had the correct address.) After our last debacle (last December) we gave up on Pizza Hut. We were so dissatisfied with this location that we stopped ordering all together. A few months ago, we decided to give this location another chance and just ordered online. Twice we got pizza delivered to our house with no issue. Then tonight, I put in an order online only to be told it would take 2 1/2 hours for delivery. I thought this was a bit ridiculous for a Thursday, so I called the location to cancel. I, literally, called the location at least 12 times and they never picked up their phone. After 4 rings, it connected to the customer service line and no one there was able to help us. Even the customer service people werent able to connect with this location. So, my husband is now at the store itself to complain and cancel our order. AVOID THIS LOCATION!

A week back I went in on the way to work to grab a pizza. I was waiting about 10 mins with 3-4 people behind me. An older man comes from the back with a pizza for another customer and said hes too buys to take orders now. Really? Tonight I come in, place my order and have a seat. That same older guy comes out with a pizza. Since they didnt take names they have no clue what pie goes where. He said the type of pizza it was, an older lady who was in before me said thats hers and left. She then comes in a min later with the box open saying its not hers. They closed it and told me its mine, screw that. Id like a pizza that wasnt taken outside to a car, opened and brought back in. Very bad service, no wonder they are closing these places down.

This is by far the slowest and worst pizza in the area. It always takes at least an hour for a pizza to be delivered when every other pizza in the area takes around 30 minutes and deliver a much higher quality pizza. Choosing to pickup for the order does not solve this problem as I have gone to pickup the order at the expected time - only to sit in the lobby for around 20 minutes to still wait for my order with many other angry customers, some of which decided that the wait was way too long and asked for their money back. Stay away from this establishment for sure and order from one of the faster, better pizza places in the area.

I ordered online and picked up at this Location for the first time for dinner and the medium pan pizza was not your typical "pan pizza" the flavor was good but not the Pizza Hut favorite pan pizza Im used to. And the past was small- but it tasted pretty good. Its not one of the better pizza huts to go to.. :/

The new pizza hut call in service where the route u to a central lication sux. You cant get off the phone in under 10minutes. Ill try to upsell you its f****** annoying. Just ate my last pizza hut pizza ever if they dont get rid of this service.

We have given this place chance after chance, they are HORRIBLE! 2+HOUR delivery times! When we call the location directly, they just hang up!! Awful. Go to Mars or Zelie! We will never order from here again! Ridiculous!

Ordered teriyaki wings and literally they stuck Sauce on the bottom of a bowl with plain wings. Then when I was curious as to whether the hotel next to the restraunt got a discount was told its to late.

Good experience, grabbed pizza on the way home from a LARPing event in the area. My only concern is the pizza want really cut through. The hubby had to acquire a plastic knife so we could cut it.

Fast service and most importantly friendly. Confirming order, using the customers name, asking if plates and napkins are needed even showing the pizza to make sure its to your satisfaction.

The call in service is terrible. Could not get anyone on phone. Went in to order and had to stand in an empty store for awhile before they noticed I was there. Order was wrong on pickup.

Human hair found in the pizza I ordered from this place. Plus the pizza made by this location is inferior compared with Papa John’s. My advice is to avoid this location when you can.

Pizza Hut is a dying breed; the food was typical, but I prefer Papa Johns. Unfortunately there is no place in Cranberry area.
