In short: Their fries are soggy, their food is not fresh, they take forever, they give you an attitude, they forget your order ALL THE TIME, the food is not consistent, they are expensive, you can order the same thing 3 times and the price will always be different, and the quality is horrid. The long story: The customer service is horrible. One time a guy gave me an attitude and demanded a tip. Theyve messed up my order repeatedly. The quality of the food varies; one time they gave me a burnt pizza. They take FOREVER and im not that far from them, i live 10 min away. I ordered from them recently and they guy that delivered the food was incompetent. He mixed up my order and forgot to give me everything. Then said that he couldnt find my food and it would take even longer for me to get it. Then I called the place up and tried to explain what happened but the guy that answered the phone was a dumb ass. I repeated the situation THREE TIMES and he still kept asking me what happened. Then said he would call me back. 30 min later NO CALL then the driver calls 45 min later to say that he gave me the right stuff, which he didnt he forgot to give me 2 items ( a cal-zone and my stuffed shells) then gave me an attitude and walked away like it was my fault he didnt hand me everything.

EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Will not be going back. After my pizza order didnt come for over an hour and a half, I called to find out what was going on. I spoke with the manager, who, by the way, was completely unprofessional, rude, unhelpful, and refused to admit that he was at fault in anyway. He didnt even offer to help fix the situation (had he, I wouldnt be writing this right now as I understand accidents and mistakes happen). There are far better places to eat here in Pittsburgh and this place has officially lost my business. As far as their food goes, its decent but nothing special. Nothing I feel like Ill be missing out on. If I could give them a zero star review, trust me, I would.

WORST WINGS EVER!!!!:::Customer service is worthless... wings are miniature NOT jumbo ...ordered a ton of hot wings for the game...the guy who picked up the phone barely spoke enough english to take down my address 2 blocks away after spelling it for him 4 times... the delivery guy finally showes up and the wings are small, over breaded and, have no sauce plus one tiny container of ranch good for about 12 of the 50 wings I ordered get your wings somewhere else because you will only be disappointed here

After trying all the other places, my girlfriend and i have decided to stick with Palermos. we always get what we want, its hot, fresh, tasty and very well put together. I made pizza for 5 years so i consider myself a good judge of "pizza character" Last time we ordered we had hot wings. yum! and a medium sausage, bacon and green pepper pie. Thank you for making "epic pizza and movie night" a success

Ive ordered everything from a hoagie, pizza, fries, mozzarella sticks, jalapeno poppers, and salads from this place. All the food was good and everything was reasonably priced. The best deal they have though are their pizzas. If you get the plain cheese pizzas they can get huge (extra large) for pretty cheap (I think it was $9 or something). I would highly recommend this place.

Terrible wings. I placed an order for 2 dozen wings. The cashier initially rung me up for 2 separate orders of 12 wings instead of 1 order of 24, thus increasing the cost. I requested non-breaded wings, but the wings i received appeared to be breaded. The sauce was very thick and sticky and did not have a good flavor.

Pizza Palermo is the bees knees. Great food, friendly and courteous service, and timely delivery. Online carryout orders are also consistently completed on-time, and if there is a delay, the seating area is comfortable and as I have stated, the staff is so polite its almost too polite.

I always ordered from them until today I called to place my order to find out they guy now over charging me I get same meal offer its always 26.73$ now he wanna charge$39.73 what I big price increase then ask to speak wit a manager n they hung up on me all around poor service

My family loved the food before but the service is crappy. We ordered food recently and some of it was eaten. One of the managers told us it wasnt possible that it could have been eaten when it clearly was. Whatever happened to the customer is always being right?

I absolutely LOVE their 1/2 hoagie lunch special. It is HUGE! I come to Pittsburgh weekly and think of stopping here everytime but unfortunately have only been here twice. You have to try! Lunch special I get is 1/2 hoagie fries and drink for 7.99. DELICIOUS!!

Every time I go here the service is good. Tthey always take my order properly. Their pizza is delicious. And not over priced at all. I take the kids there all the time. My son is a picky eater but he loves this place. I will always be back.

Had a coupon for buy 1 get 1 free large pizza. Thats all I ordered. Came to 16 dollars and some change. Seemed kind of high so when I got home I looked up the price online. A large pizza is only about 12 bucks. Got ripped off.

Very good value, good price and taste. If you order a large you can collect coupons and get every 11th pizza free; and their taste is the best Ive had for pizza Ive ordered, especially if you pick it up fresh out of the oven.

Ordered through Campusfood. The spinach and feta pizza is really delicious. I think the smaller the size of the pizza the better it tastes for some reason. This may not be true of other places, but it seems to hold here.
