The service at this place is pathetic and it has been that way for years. Its in a convenient location for UDEL students, but ever since I came to Newark for college, this place has been a consistent joke. Messed up drive thru orders, missed items/ wrongly prepared items, ridiculous wait time, and simply poor management. I went there this morning at 7:30 to get breakfast and the drive-thru lady told me that I couldnt get any food because there wasnt a manager or kitchen staff there. Pretty sad for a place that opens at 6:00. Avoid this place for your own sanity.

DO NOT GO!!! Creepy rude stacker waits in the shadows to tow your car when you leave whether you eat there or not - you have nor recourse. Just pay $95 (after you find a way to he tow yard 4 miles away) and shut up to get your car back - hopefully undamaged. Scumbag thieves and BK hires them to do their dirty work. They likely make more from the tow kickback than from the crappy food serves with terrible service by people who do not want to work there. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Im done with all of them now.

Ive been coming to this burgerking for years now and I love it the people are very friendly I am always greeted with a "good morning" and the current staff is very polite. Althought if you come in during rush hour there is a small chance your food will get misplaced, after all you cannot expect them to be perfect, no normal human can multitask on that level and not slip here and there, they try there best to keep customers happy.

The drive-through service was pretty quick but I was charged $1.99 for a small fry which I did not receive. I did not discover this until I was home then I called the store and no one answered. The rest of the order was fine but I was very disappointed because the small fry was for my granddaughter.l

You get what you pay for. A pretty typical Burger King. They have nice big TV screen menus, a decently kept dining area, and mediocre scenery. The food is to be expected, whopper hasnt changed - which I consider a good thing honestly. If you want cheap fast food, its a worthwhile place to get it.

Online says Burger king closes at 12am went there at 10:45 and the place was closed. Please change your hours online to match store hours. Also I should have known it sounded too good to be true when everything in Delaware shuts down early especially in Newark.

Make sure you tell them your car is in the parking lot. They have this suspicious guy asking if you have a car and wont answer when you ask him why he wants to know. I refused to answer and he was about to tow my car!
