Im still here while I write this review. I would like to blame the people who work here but since Ive been a server Ill place the blame squarely on management. Its a Friday night, the place is curiously only half full, but when I walked in there were already 10 people waiting at the door and two groups waiting for takeout. I went to the bar, and the bartender told me I should ask the host for takeout and I asked her if there even was one. She didnt even respond to me, she didnt go get anyone, nothing. I find the host cleaning a table. Where was the server? The busboys? She had to seat someone else and she has to wipe off that table too. I saw no manager circling the floor this entire 15 minutes. Im thinking if I wait five more Im not paying. She goes to grab the takeout girl who I hadnt seen for fifteen minutes. I sit here again, WAITING for her to finally rub my card and the two other groups. In this time two people get up from their table, angry about how long they had to wait. Where is the support for any of the people here? This is the last time I get in my car to drive out for a cold burger. For all the time Ive been here I couldve dined in. And as I finish typing this on my phone? I STILL HAVENT LEFT. Id call the manager, but how long would that take?

The absolute WORST place to dine, in Central Park...General Manager actually FIRED our Waiter because we complained about the food coming from the kitchen...Like the Waiter was the one cooking it (Idiot, fire the Cooks)...Waiter was great and was being honest...GM wanted him to LIE, and because he (waiter) wont LIE he FIRED the poor guy on the spot...The food was HORRIBLE, Sesame Chicken with no Sesame (really !!!), the Service sucked (Waited 15 mins for a table and the place was partially empty), Food was on the floor that no one seemed to notice or care to clean up, GM walked around half dressed with his shirt untucked, waited 30 mins for my cocktail to come out, when the GM (yes the GM) finally brought me a drink, wasnt even what I ordered, he took it back and let it sit in the counter for 10 mins before he brought it back to the table next to me (it shouldve been trashed and made new)...Couple next to me, didnt even eat their food because Kitchen messed it up so bad...The WORST PLACE IN CENTRAL PARK, Save yourself and DO NOT EAT HERE...Rating this place with Negative Stars wouldnt even come close to how bad it is....Enter at your own risk !!!!!

Ive always been a huge fan of Fridays so when I saw there was one 2 miles from our apartment I couldnt wait to go. I had the chicken piccata and an ultimate long island tea. the chicken piccata was good but had a little too much lemon juice in it, the drink definitely earned its name. service on the other hand was awful! how do you eat with no flatware?! we ate our appetizer (greenbean fries) directly off the plate since our waitress was no where to be seen to ask for little plates or napkins. she wasnt even the one who served us, at all! our entrees came and couldnt eat cuz we didnt have anything to eat with! look around, look around, finally spot our "waitress" and ask for flatware... almost 10 minutes later she comes back... seriously?! if shes supposed to be our server next time, Im leavin.

My husband and I placed a to-go order. They waited until we arrived to pick it up, to tell us they were out of one dish we ordered. They asked if we wanted something else, so we chose another, and they handed us the bag of other food that was COLD from sitting out at the front, instead of under a heat lamp where it should have been. My husband had them remake the whole order. Got home and the food was just not good. The Jack Daniels burger was missing the Jack Daniels sauce, some of the chicken tasted off and was rubbery, everything was soggy, and for all that, we paid way too much and were very unhappy with what they gave us. Will only go back to eat in-house, clearly their to-go orders dont work out too well.

The food was inferior. I had the soup and 1/2 club sandwich. The soup was the Tomato Basil it was the consistancy of squishy mashed potatoes and stone cold. After a send back to heat, it came back with 1/2 of the original amount in the bowl luke warm and cold in the middle. The sandwich was premade, it consisted of toasted bread, a shred of lettuce, a slice of tomato, a single slice of pressed turkey, single piece of ham and a 1/2 strip of bacon all of wihich had been refridgerated for some time and was served ice cold. The ice tea was so strong it was undrinkable. Would not recommend as the place to eat.

I enjoy Fridays quite often however this particular location seems to never be consistent. Its quite the hit or miss when going there. I took two other people with me Saturday and we all ordered the unlimited appetizers for $10. Dont get me wrong the pricing is great however the quality of the food was horrible. As they brought out different appetizers to us they got worse and worse (cold, not right, etc) Sometimes I go to this location and the quality of the food is on point then like this past Saturday it wasnt too much to brag on.

Good food but slow service. We were seated quickly, but it took quite a while for our food to come out. Someone in our party has a lot of food allergies and the staff was extremely accommodating, which was nice. Id say they go above and beyond on that front. Both our waitress and the manager, who came out to talk to us after a mix up related to the allergy problem, were very nice. Food was pretty good but also pretty messy; the burgers are so sloppy theyre hard to eat. However their cocktails are incredible.

The food was alright, nothing spectacular; the waitstaff is fine as well. But after 830 it seems to have an unseemly crowd. As I was leaving around 930 after having a meal with friends, there were people standing out front that started yelling belligerent things towards me and getting physically aggressive; had to avoid a fight by walking straight to my car and driving off. Definitely not going back to a place where people like that decide to frequent.

Walked in and there was no one in front of my party of 4, and it took 20 minutes to get seated. We all ordered endless apps, and it took forever to get served. Waitress would bring one person their food and the others had to wait 10 minutes. The waitress started taking our second order of apps, but left after taking half of the tables order. Ill never return. Wasted my money. Left feeling hungry.

Me and my friend when here because it was close to the paragon village, where we had a movie to watch, the food was great, and didnt take long at all to get to use. However I did not like our service, dont get me wrong my waitress was not rude just did not come to check on us after we said we needed a minute to look over the menu, we didnt need an hour. Other than that it was great.
