It pains me to leave an unfavorable review for Olive Garden, as this chain is my favorite place to take my family too. Tonight, it was not a good experience. When we left the house, we called ahead assuming that by doing so it would lessen our wait time, spoiler it did not. When we arrived, we were told the wait would be 45 minutes. This was the same length of time the hostess told everyone that came after me, as I stood up there and listened because I wanted to hear what she was telling people. About 45 minutes later, my wife inquired to how much longer the wait would be. She was told that the system was showing we were already seated. When we finally sat down, it took forever for a waitress to greet us. She tricked us into thinking that by offering us things, and by us saying yes to these offerings like "would you like more coke?" or "would you like another salad", that she would actually bring them to us (she did not). When we got our entrées, you can tell that the entire order was sitting under burners for way to long. Edges of chicken parm were hard and noodles stuck to the plates. Worst part was the restrooms. Both the stales in the mens room were overflowing with things I will not describe on here, so I had my wife check out the ladies room. It was the same in there. My thought is, if the pluming is not working in the restrooms, its probably not working in the kitchen either. Either way, worst experience at any Olive Garden that I have ever had. This experience will not keep me from going back to Olive Garden, but it will just keep me from coming back to this one.

We ordered two Zeppoli orders to go. The girl at the register told us it would be 10-15 minutes. After patiently waiting for 35 minutes, I went to inquire about the order. The girl at the register just looked at me, turned to the guy who was supposed to put in the order 35 minutes ago and said to him, "Zeppoli". He finally walks into the kitchen to put in our order. No apology from the girl at the register. 15 minutes later my name is called. The guy who was 35 minutes late says, "Two Zeppolia and four chocolate sauces". To which I say, "It took 50 minutes". I had to repeat myself before I got an apology from him and he continued by saying, "They just came out". He made it sound like it was the kitchens fault when he forgot to put in the order. I understand it is Mothers Day and it was busy but a great customer service starts with common courtesy and a simple act like an apology goes a long way. I had to fish for an apology and was not offered anything for the inconvenience. Poor service. I am very disappointed.

Recently I used this Olive Garden for a catering order. They never have your order on time so I made the pick up time earlier than I actually needed it. When I got there the cashier very nonchalantly told me my order was already picked up and looked away. She had no concern when I told her there was no one else that would have picked it up. When the manager came out it turned out that there were 2 of the same order and they only made 1. I had to go over all of my information just to prove to her that I ordered and that no one from my company would have picked it up. She stood there giggling and baffled because this has never happened. The staff was very unapologetic and were not concerned that this happened. They offered no discount and only offered me a drink while I wait. I left there with the food 1 hour after it was supposed to be ready. What I learned from this experience is that Olive Garden is not suited for my catering needs.

I arrived at 12:30 - the height of the lunch hour - and was still seated immediately. My server helped me pick out a wine - it was fantastic - a sparkling rosoto. The soup (which was the best potato soup Ive ever had) arrived promptly. Just as I was finishing, the sausage and stuffed rigatonni arrived (as if on cue). Magnifico! (if thats not too corny) Subtly spicy, but not enough to send you running for your water (or wine). Just the way good italian sausage should be! The sauce was perky, a creamed tomato style sauce, with fresh tomatos throughout. The food was incredible. However, it was messy - dribbles of sauce on the rim of the plate, potato soup on the bottom of the saucer... But then, Ive always heard that a messy cook is a good cook! Overall, very, very good food, experience and price! I will be back!

I absolutely do not possess the vocabulary to properly illustrate to the masses how much I am a fan of this Olive Garden, and more specifically Teresa Green. Yesterday, I had a very specific timeline to meet, and wanted to fulfill my sons request of eating his favorite meal (spaghetti with meatballs)at his favorite restaurant. With less than an hour to meet this specific timeline, coupled with granting his wish, I called to make an unusual request. Place the order now, while being 15 minutes out, and upon arriving, have a table and the meal already there, for efficiency sake. This was met with complete compliance, and the staff was completely considerate. Teresa, Im sure Im not your first fan, but I am your newest, thank you wholeheartedly!

I visited the Olive Garden in Central Park for my last meal before surgery. I was surprised to see that there was no wait and the ambiance was beautiful. However we received the worst waitress. Not only were they out of kids cups they also claimed to be out of take out cups. Therefore my 2 year old was expected to drink out of their ginormous glass glasses. Above all else it took more than 10 min to get our drink order wrong 3 times. All we ordered was sweet tea, water and sprite. I knew that if this part of the service was bad I was not sticking around for the rest, we left immediately and went to Outback which I will give all stars. I dont recommend going to that Olive Garden unless you are willing to wait for about 2 hours.

Well if you want to eat here order your desert first and maby your food will come out in the rite order. Out entire meal was backwords.... I ordered the chicken marsalla which was advertised as stuffed chicken breast, mine was 2 separate chicken breasts with stuffing between them, thats a chicken stuffing sandwich... It took over 15 minutes for our waitress to even greet us. Breadsticks were stale, I dont know who the manager on duty was but that person should be fired, horrable... The fastest thing that came to us was the check and it was the only thing that came in the correct order.

While a recent customer at the Olive garden in Fredericksburg, VA., I had lunch and lost my wallet. I was on route from Uni. of Maryland Hospital after having surgery to NC. Upon arriving home I received a phone message from the Olive Garden stating they had found the wallet with everything intact. I want to thank General Manager Sam Adiyeh for his honesty. When a reward was offered, it was declined. In this day and age I am astounded at the way this situation was handled in such a positive manner. I am an advocate of Olive Garden and always will be. AND YES, the food is great!
