Come here at least 3x a week for the last year....this is probably the last time I do. Order bagels, and when I pick up the order, they inform me they are not available (when not available options are marked unavailable on your order) but not a big deal, I picked a different option. Then I look in my bag and both of my "whole" sandwiches are in half the size of the usual containers/half the size?...literally half of the usual size we get, so I simply ask "are these whole size sandwiches?", and the disgruntled teenager girl goes "uh...sure? That looks like a whole piece of bread? What do you want?"....if you want to charge a premium price for premium customers, do not hire mediocre employees.

Every time I use the order screens my order is right, but the last two timed now Ive gone to the counter (this time the order pads werent working ) and both times I get back to work and they have screwed up my sandwich. After working in food service in the past, Im all about understanding mistakes happen, but it just amazes me that when I deal with a person my sandwich has things on it I cant have. Its a waste of money and time. Im just disappointed and am going to start using the Mechanicsburg store instead.

My first time visiting this Panera location. I had been deterred by friends who said the service was slow and unfriendly, but I was in the area and decided to give it a try. Very impressed! The staff was friendly, my food was sitting at my table within five minutes, everything tasted delicious, and the restaurant was very CLEAN despite being very busy! Wish I could give more than five stars!!!!

Unexpectedly busy for a Friday lunchtime! Tables were crowed and far too many loitering when the line was growing ever long. They had a lovely assistant at the self-ordering kiosks. People were leaving dishes at the tables, and it took the overly-stretched staff awhile to tend to them. This is far more of a review of the community that frequents this location than the location itself.

This place used to run a tight ship, now its a mess. Staff changes often, orders wrong, the new set up is impersonal and uncomfortable sitting staring at a screen with your names on it. Ive been served cold oats bc they never heated them up, sandwiches with the wrong bread. Management that Ive seen is usually standing talking & distracting staff. Not a fan anymore of this location.

Food was good, order came out in less than 5 minutes but the order wasnt correct. Just details: Ordered Turkey and Avacado BLT but received a turkey and avacado sandwich - no B, L, or T - and the bread wasnt toasted. Also asked for a dinner roll and butter instead of a baguette with soup - received the standard baguette sans butter. Id go back again.

I am vegetarian .I ordered medeterranian veggie sandwich and i got a chicken piece in the sandwich.I also have a photo of it.Well I only realised only after eating almost the whole sandwich that i have a chicken piece in it.I ordered the sandwich around 1:10pm on Dec 7th 2014. Beware Vegetarians.

We have eaten at many a Panera location. Being from out of town we knew we could get a reliable meal here. However we were quite taken back when the cashier was extremely rude not just me but 3 other members of my family. We will be contacting the management to let them know.

Panera is one of my favorite restaurants for a light or sweet bite to eat. And we love their coffee! First time visitor to this location and most impressed with servers friendliness and helpfulness. And it was busy, busy, busy. Will definitely return.

I always order a half mediterranean veggie sandwich and a half caesar salad. I have been a strict vegetarian all my life and was very disappointed when I found a piece of chicken with my salad. they seem to be careless when it comes to food prep.

This location is a second office for me! The friendly staff are great. Table service and kiosk ordering are available. You can even order from your app at the table! These conveniences help keep this very busy location humming along!

This is a favorite place for my 14 year old daughter and I for our girls day out. I love the salads and she cannot get enough of the Steak & Cheese Panini and of course their Bakery items. The service is always friendly and quick.

Very friendly staff. I am only giving 3 stars however, because it took the food prep a long time (20 min) to make our order, 1 coffee mocha, and 1 bacon egg and cheese sandwich. They need to have more then one fellow back there.

Suffered an allergic reaction after eating, despite talking with manager about food allergies before ordering. Disappointed that gloves could not be changed for the making of my salad. It was not worth the allergic reaction.

Too busy. They try to do sit down, take out, online orders and delivery and its always way too busy at lunch and you cant find anywhere to park. I think they need a second location in this area.
