For so long Eldersburg has been without a good Mexican restaurant. Finally, our prayers have been answered. The service was excellent. Eduardo was more than attentive not to mention friendly. The menu had a good variety of dishes to satisfy all desires. My wife usually has to settle for a quesadilla due to lack of options for non-carne eaters. Well, not only did she have to decide between all the vegetarian and seafood choices, she ate all of it! The dessert menu is just as complete. Great choices and just as delicious. The atmosphere was charming and reminiscent of being in the plaza square. With televisions suspended from the ceiling and over the bar in the back, it was easy to keep an eye on the Orioles game without being rude to your dinner companions. There is a full bar at the back of the dining room. We would have never known it was there. Seating options included tables for larger parties and booths for smaller parties. We usually opt for a table because a booth is not comfortable because they are usually secured to the floor or the wall and do not leave adequate space for a large man to sit without being wedged into the seat. Los Aztecos is the exception! Our booth was very comfortable and accommodated my size easily. It is obvious that Los Aztecos has made an investment in serving the Eldersburg community and is here to stay. We look forward to our next dining experience!

Eldersburg is seriously short on restaurants like this ( aside from the six Japanese places) with ample space for family eating that isnt centered on take-out. This is probably why even months after opening this place is always packed. The food is constantly awesome and the service is generally pretty good ( although last time they had random servers with earpieces which was really unnecessary). They make a highly acceptable margarita on the rocks and the beer is cold. Try the tamales.

The reviews were pretty good so we decided to give it a try. The service and atmosphere were great. It was really busy, and our food came pretty fast. We really wanted the food to be great as well, but my husbands dish, and mine, were flavorless. The salsa served with chips was basically tomato sauce. We will probably end up giving it another shot, but are keeping our hopes reserved.

The raspberry margarita tasted like pure alcohol, just a hint of raspberry taste. The guacamole was made fresh at your table but it lacked taste. The food was good, the server did his job but he did not seem like he wanted to be there that night. Overall, I dont think Ill be back, there was no WOW factor for me that makes me want to try it again.

As good as it gets! This place has a great atmosphere (very creative and fun!) and the food is so good and authentic! I LOVE guacamole and they have a "rolling guacamole bar" where a gentleman comes around with a cart and makes custom guac for you at your table! The experience, service, and food was one of a kind. Dont miss this place!

Pros: Food was great. Came out hot and fast. Margaritas are large and delish. Sangria was very good too. Queso was ok but guac was nice and fresh. Cons: Initial wait was horrendous- they said 15 minutes it ended up being 30. The actual dinner service was slow. Menu too big.

Definitely one of the best sit-down restaurants in the area and it has a great atmosphere. The food is fantastic though a little pricey, but at the same time the portion sizes more than make up for it. Try and go during lunch hours for the best bang for your buck.

Im so dissapointed the food is awesome and so are the drinks but our waiter didnt talk to us or even ask us what we wanted he didnt tell us his name literally nothing... it was akward to eat here because it seemed like we were a burden to the waiter... never again

Great food. Best mexican food in town. Wait was twice as long as they said. Took a long time for the waiter to take our order, however the food came out quickly. The wait was worth it, though!
